Positive: It was clean. Location was great and our room was spacious. It was well equipped too. The couch was surprisingly comfortable.

Negative: The pillows were the worse. They were fluffy at first but once you lay on them, they flatten and don’t fluff up again and become very uncomfortable.

Summary: Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Would stay there again no problem.

Positive: So so sad to leave after a comfortable stay for a month. We loved our studio, the location, and the responsiveness of the staff attending to our requests. The cleaners were all nice and efficient. I wish I knew about this place sooner and we wished we could stay longer.

Negative: Extension cords. But, very minor aesthetic issue which I adjusted.

Positive: My stay in Section L Residence was most memorable. I like the fact that I didn't need to be handling keys to enter the condo. The facilities and location are great!!! Management should know that you have a super efficient and caring team. All my queries and whatever I needed in the unit were given immediate attention. I have referred Section L Residence to my friends and relatives. More power to all of you!!!

Negative: Nothing that I can think of.

Positive: Great room with a lot of space and everything I needed for a stay of about one month. The kitchenette was serviceable and the washer dryer worked slightly better than the one I have at home. The location was convenient too with multiple stations and shops in walking distance, also appreciated having an organic store in the Ginza Six building that's just on the next block. Since there is no staff on site, the check-in process is online and by the time I got to the building, I had the door code and could just walk in.

Summary: Great location for an extended stay on the Eastern side of central Tokyo

Positive: Clean room, comfortable bed and furniture. The staff was accommodating and helpful. They brought extra power strip and the cleaning staff was very nice. The cleaning staff should get a raise. They are fast and did a great job.
