Summary: This property was in a quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very homey feeling with 3 bedrooms, 2queen sized beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a closet to hang your clothes with a few hangers but no dressers so we used the hall closet shelves. Wash cloths are not provided but there are lots of hand towels in the laundry room. You will be sharing the property with another patron: you share the laundry room, ironing board, iron, and parking space. Privacy was no problem because there are locked doors between the rooms. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Summary: The house was nice to come back to after a day of activities. The kids could play in the yard while we cooked and then played at the park into the evening. Located close to many places and amenities

Summary: Check in was easy although there was confusion on time. On the site, it said 3pm but check in instructions said 4pm. Owner was prompt on getting back to us to let us know 3 was ok. The other major issue we had was the AC did not work properly. In the middle of Summer, especially during a heat wave, you would expect the AC would be a relief by cooling off the house but that was not the case. We ended up contacting the owner and she was able to get maintenance out a few hours later but even after that, it still did not work properly so needless to say; our stay was uncomfortable which was a disappointment. The house itself is cute but the bedrooms were extremely small. So was the bathroom. It says sleeps 6 but everyone sharing the one tiny bathroom was not ideal especially when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time. There was also an ant issue in the kitchen. Luckily we caught it on time so our food wasn't compromised. Overall, cute neighborhood but will probably not stay there again.
