Comfy newly remodeled 2b1b unit with a small kitchen and relaxing backyard in the desirable Berryessa area, walkable to free basketball and tennis court.
Just minutes to Berryessa BART station & Light Rail & I-680/.
5-10 mins drive to grocery and mall (Hmart/Costco/Sprouts/Ranch99/Great mall etc) and tons restaurants around.
30 minute drive to the famous Stanford University!

The space
This independent unit has its own private gateway which you can enter without meeting anyone. It has shared walls with another 2 units in the same house.
It offer 2 bedrooms, both has queen size beds, 1 kitchenette and 1 bathroom.
Our kitchenette is brand new , has stylish fridge, portable cooktop, essential cookwares and dine wares.
Backyard is very spacious and offers outdoor sofas where you can relax and enjoy California sunshine.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds, with comfortable mattress, cotton bedding sheets and black out curtains to ensure you have a good sleep.

Washer and dryer are in garage , if you need to use it , ask the code from host.
The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.
You will be able to self check-in with smart lock. I will send you check-in instructions along with key code in the morning of your day arrival .

Other things to note
AC and heater is Nest app controlled . In order to save energy , AC will be automatic on if room temperature is over 75F. Nest device has been installed at end of the hallway of this unit, you can change the temperature by yourself, but please don't turn down the temperature below 70F.
You will share one wall with another unit. As our house is in a very quiet community, so please follow house rules of quiet time : 10pm -8 am .
Please clean the dishes you used, do not leave them in the sink.
There is no garbage disposal under the sink, so please do not dump the food into the sink . Please dump all food into the trash bin which under the sink.
Please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (FRIDAY is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up !
You will be sharing the backyard with guests of another unit which are completely detached house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since each unit has a completely separate entrance.

Summary: I really liked this place. It served our purpose well. Clean, and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Only a couple drawbacks. No Television, I usually like background noise as I am getting ready; but there was no TV and there were instructions to adhere to quiet hours, as this unit was one of three in a divided house so we had to be mindful on the attached other units. There was a hot plate to cook, or heat food, but it took over 20 min. to heat up. But like I said, it is good for a short stay, running hot water, clean, and comfortable.

Summary: Overall, the communication with the property manager was excellent! She was very sweet. The only issue we had with the stay was the AC. I’m sure it was because we stayed during a heatwave but the property manager was very kind and she accommodated and lowered the AC for us. But during the day, it was still really hot. It was extremely clean & in a good location for our one night stay. Would definitely stay again! 😊

Summary: Check in extremely easy and host was willing to let check in early. Property is exactly as described (no living room). Perfect stay for the person that does not want to be in the room outside of sleeping, eating, and bathing. There was outdoor furniture however, it rained most days that I was there, so it was not able to sit and relax outside of bedroom.
