Summary: We had a fantastic week at this cute, cozy bungalow. We came from Wisconsin and met up with family to celebrate our son’s wedding. The home was extremely clean. I even felt comfortable stretching out on the living room carpet to do my daily exercises. The shower had lots of hot water and both beds were comfortable. There was a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Brittany is a sweetheart and very responsive.Jean and Dave

Summary: although small, the house is tidy and ideally located as a base to visit friends/family in the Costa Mesa/Newport area. It doesn’t have a view or much room for visitors, but is within walking distance (1/2 mile or so) of the Upper Newport Bay Nature Reserve, and a few minutes drive from Newport and Costa Mesa. There aren’t many well located houses that are also reasonable in price in this area.

Summary: Nice two bedroom home in Costa Mesa. Great location 5 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. This house had everything we needed for our 13 day stay. Washer dryer, full kitchen and a small fenced front yard. The separate ice maker was an added benefit.

Summary: Our stay was very fun and very comfortable. The home was exactly what we expected and was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We had everything we needed. Brittany our host, was exceptional responding very quickly to our questions.
