Positive: Great views of the coast. Well equipped and appointed. Comfy cozy. Close to everything but affords a lot of down time and privacy.
Negative: A bit close to highway 1 so you do get traffic noise but not so much that it ruins the stay.

Negative: Check-in experience was a nightmare. Cleaning team still there past 4pm. Hot tub was still filling up. Keys didn’t work. Grill didn’t work—was out of propane. But they were very nice and apologetic but crazy how disorganized it was. Beds not comfortable at all for $1,000+ per night.
Summary: Worth it if you spend most of your time outside

Positive: Loved the place. It was overlooking the ocean. It was exactly the same as the pics posted on booking. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. They had extra sheets, pillow covers and blankets as well as comforter. I have recommended this place to friends and family and def planning on coming back.
Negative: Check in and check out time. Would be great if folks could check in early and/or do a late check out. I requested the property management team if I could do a late check out as the check in time was 4pm and check out time was 11am. My request was denied. This doesn't give travelers the full experience of 24 hours. During the winter time, it gets dark around 5pm so you are left with not much of a daylight. :(

Negative: The beds are fairly uncomfortable, no one in our party slept well. The noise from the highway is LOUD you will hear cars and trucks ALL NIGHT at the property.

Positive: The view of thr ocean was amazing!! i love that thr hot tub was were I csn see the sunset and the ocean. Kitchen was fully stocked with with all the appliances and supplies you need . By far the best home away from home for my family and me. Would definitely come back.

Negative: We had an issue with the kitchen door key and attempted to contact the number given for property assistance. We made at least 4 calls to the number with no call back. We called again the next day and someone answered but with no acknowledgement of our attempts to contact them. He then sent someone to assist us in resolving the issue. Perhaps giving the instructions about this lock/key it's own heading would help instead of it being part of the backyard gate code paragraph.
Summary: Beautiful property in a beautiful location. We are planning a return visit next year.
