Positive: The hotel was easy to find. It was close to the beach.
Negative: The bed was too soft. It was close to the freeway, could hear traffic all night. Liquor store next door with lights on. Bad coffee.
Summary: I will definitely visit the area again, but not planning on staying here again.

Positive: The staff were very nice. The building itself is beautiful. You can tell they invested a lot of resources into the lobby area. They have a Netflix account signed into the television for your use. It was a clean facility.
Negative: The room we were offered was not ocean view, which defeats the purpose of the appeal of this place. I paid for the king sized bedroom. That room is downstairs directly between the reception desk and the gas station next door. We requested to switch rooms and got placed in a queen sized room. It felt like a huge downgrade. There is nothing around the hotel in walkable distance. Even the beach is miles down the road. I didn’t like the look of the room we stayed in. Overall, I just think they should spend the same amount of resources they they did in the lobby, to update the rooms a bit more. I did feel disappointed in the quality of the rooms we were put in compared to the pictures that I saw on the Booking app. I felt a bit swindled.

Positive: Our ADA room was SPECTACULAR, and the access some of the easiest I have experienced in any hotel. A beautiful, unique space (stained glass in our room!); patios on either side of the building; wonderful staff!
Negative: We didn't know our second bed was a sofa bed, and when we unfolded it, there were no sheets on it, nor any in the ample storage closet/drawers. Easily remedied, though!
Summary: Marvelous. I absolutely intend to stay there again!
