Summary: This was our second stay at this hotel but this time we were slightly disappointed because of issues with room condition. However staff were helpful and able to fix some of the issues. Elevator buttons in lobby did not work so it was difficult to know if elevator was coming. Room was small as was bathroom but bed was very comfortable. It’s in a good location close to two tube stops.

Summary: Staff were so friendly. Got a room without a view which meant it was quiet as it was away ftom road. Easy access for London Euston and the underground. Would use again.

Summary: Bedrooms are very small and tiny bathrooms. So if you like space, this hotel is not for you.

Summary: Good service and good food even room service good and not that expensive. Bathrooms really small, toilet crammed in barely room for your legs. Shower good and massive could have utilised space better. Black around windows and window sill

Summary: not particularly good, ran out of key cards for me to check in. got woken up at 4:45am as my room was next to a cleaning closest and emergency exit. The staff kept going in and out of this repeatedly and I couldn’t sleep. Also there was a chocolate wrapper left in my room

Summary: The staff was very accomodating in getting me checked in early, it was a perfect location for hospital visits (family member was in the hospital opposite). The room was perfectly formed, shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. I will certainly look to book again.

Summary: Rooms are boxes without minimal space. Shower door not accessible if you are a bigger person. Cost was high for what was supplied. Bar and bar service was good

Summary: Good two night stay. Near to Euston station which was a benefit. Bedroom and amenities in room quite small but adequate for short stay. Did not have meals at hotel so cannot comment on those services.
