Summary: Everything you could ask for in a mountain escape. You have all the comforts of home. if staying in the winter you will need AWD or 4WD. The snow was beautiful and the property is well maintained for easy in/out access. Close to everything you can imagine from Red Rocks to the mountains to Denver. Will definitely come back to this residence.

Summary: The property is the epitome of quiet, relaxing, and peacefulness. It has recently been updated and has all that you need. Only one concern. As a light sleeper I require a dark room. While one window in the bedroom has black out shades, the other has nothing. Too much light. The solution is very simple. Add a black out shade.

Summary: The accommodations were exactly what we needed to attend a wedding nearby and get a little hiking in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as was all of the furniture. Michelle was very accommodating with parking our RV and with laundry availability. The only thing I'd remark about was the walkway from the parking area to the steps was uneven and not well marked. Otherwise this was a great experience and we highly recommend!

Summary: We loved this cozy, quiet space among the beauty of the wooded Evergreen area. We had everything we needed, furniture was comfortable, and all appliances worked perfectly. We did need to carry our stuff over unlevel, unpaved terrain around the garage and up the stairs. (Not a problem for us, but something to be aware of for anyone who might struggle with that set-up.) In summary, we really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Summary: The property was set in the beautiful wooded mountain town of Evergreen. The images depict the actual property accurately. The host was friendly and attentive to any needs. The privacy wall was sufficient to keep the secluded feel. It was a quick 5 minute drive to a grocery store and 18 minutes to the downtown Evergreen area for dining and shopping. We loved the views. We will stay here again!

Summary: My partner and I booked this stay for a week as we were going to a Red Rocks concert. ( 30 min drive) During the week we both worked from home on zoom calls from this cozy location and we were pleased with the results! No issues came up with internet. In the yard we often saw deer, fox and birds. Take a short walk or drive and you'll see plenty of elk and other wildlife. Being able to experience the mountains and evergreens charm was truly a gift. We would stay here again and recommend this spot. Cozy, clean, updated, natural light, and lots of windows. The host also helped with internet questions beforehand so we felt comfortable and excited to arrive!
