Welcome to Searenity - 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC!
Rates include golf cart and resort access with 2 cards. We can quote rates without amenity cards at a good savings to you. 1 pet considered $250.
We have been vacationing here for the past 25 years and have made this space available for a multitude of satisfied Fripp visitors, quite a few of them for multiple visits. It is now better than ever with our recent upgrades. We feel at home here and hope that you will as well. See our reviews as our guests have rated us as the perfect place to stay.
We keep our rates simple, and they include linens, resort access with 2 amenity cards and a golf cart, wi-fi, and cleaning at checkout. We can also provide rates without amenity cards.
Centrally located, with amazing canal and marsh views, and an easy 3-4-minute walk to Fripp's wonderful 3+ miles of beach. Private fishing/crabbing dock. Accommodates up to 4 guests.
The resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants.
If needed - You can get up to 2 additional cards - $55/card Memorial to Labor Day or $39/card outside those dates.
If you don't wish to purchase resort access and cards, then let us know and we can provide an updated quote with substantial savings. Most people do purchase amenity cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are several good restaurants nearby off-island.
We can consider one pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Major updates completed spring 2025. New paint and LVP flooring throughout. New kitchen cabinets with quartz and wood counter tops. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. New seating and television in the main living area, All new seating on rear deck. Updated bathrooms. Over the past 25 years our guests have enjoyed their stay, and our ratings attest to that. There's lots to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience.
The main living area provides great marsh and canal views, comfortable seating, and a new 50" TV. Enjoy a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes. All new seating to enjoy as well.
TV in each bedroom as well as access to almost unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-quiet and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and utensils.

Summary: The owners are very responsive and the place was very clean. Fripp is not an inexpensive place to visit but I felt we definitely got what we paid for. The back deck has a gorgeous view and the unit is centrally located. We would rent from the owners again without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

Summary: Celebrated our 40th Anniversary. We loved the condo and will definitely be staying here again . Golf cart came with the condo and we loved riding around the island. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Always very quick to respond to any questions we had .

Summary: We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. We will most definitely be back in the future! Excellent location, place and property manager!!

Summary: Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed when we got there. Good view of the marsh from the screened in porch. Golf cart and amenity cards available really added to the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!
