4 Bedroom Condo in Gold Coast, Ocean City

Newer fully equipped second floor 4-bedroom condo in the Impressive Gold Coast of Ocean City, only 6 houses from the pristine 28th Street Guarded beach and 4 blocks from the start of the boardwalk. We are on a quiet street in a mostly residential neighborhood, and a 1/2 block away is a family restaurant and ice cream shop where the whole family can go to enjoy a special treat. Condo is 5 blocks from Randazzos, Blitz’s, Acme, Steam Pot, Hoys, and walking distance to the golf course and airport. Or take a stroll to the seashell museum or Dots pastry shop right around the corner!
Beautifully furnished and decorated condo has vaulted ceilings in great room adding to the spacious feeling throughout. Kitchen has granite countertops with an overhang and comfortable stool seating to allow for pleasant conversation as meals are prepared. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances complete the setup. Bathrooms are stylishly appointed with quartz-topped vanities. Each room is beautifully decorated and every room has a ceiling fan to aid circulation of the sea breeze when the windows are open. Of course, condo also has central air for your complete comfort.
All bedrooms are ample sized. Two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, 3rd bedroom has one full size bed and 4th bedroom includes a twin bunk over full bed, pull out full bed and separate twin bed. For added convenience a portable crib is provided for use if needed.
Condo has its own private, enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a day of relaxation and fun on the beach and in the sea. After showering, you can relax in comfortable chairs on the amply spaced large front or back porches. Go up to the private rooftop deck to watch the sun set!
TVs are situated in the great room and 3 bedrooms - Free Wifi and cable TV are included.
Condo is equipped with washer and dryer.
Condo rent includes off street parking. Garage also has ample room to store your bicycles for an early morning ride on the boardwalk, or beach equipment like beach chairs, beach cart and toys.

Summary: This place is beautiful! Plenty of room and short walk to beach was great for my 2 yr old grandson. We also really enjoyed the front porch for relaxing while he napped. Would stay here again!!

Summary: We love OCNJ and have stayed at a number of different places. 2730 Central was one of our favorite!!!! It's in a beautiful area, close to the 28th Street beach entrance, and has nice accommodations, a dining table as well as a game/puzzle table, comfortable seating, and a good size outdoor shower. Communication with the owner was always easy with a quick response. We hope to stay here again!

Summary: We loved our stay here. It was just as described. We had a great spot on the 28th St. Beach each day. Nice porch for relaxing after a Long Beach day, nice outdoor shower. Plenty of indoor seating for dinners. Kitchen had everything we needed. Boardwalk is a bit of a distance, not really walkable, so just be prepared to drive a couple minutes if you want to do that. Older kids rented bikes to get to and from that area. A couple of us saw shooting stars from the roof top deck while up there! Owner was very communicative and responsive, but we didn’t need much. All in all was a great rental and I’d highly recommend it!
