4 Bedroom House in Gold Coast, Ocean City

Our house is located on the 32nd block of Central Ave., Ocean City, NJ. We are only one house back from the beach. It is a short 50-yard walk to the beach entrance with no main streets to cross. We recently remodeled the exterior with new siding, stairs, railings and decks. We also installed new kitchens with granite counter tops, and remodeled the bathrooms. Unit size is about 1500 sq ft., with four bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite has a king size bed and a private master bath. For your comfort and convenience we also have central air, washer/dryer, wireless Internet and 3 TV’s (50” LCD in living room, 40' LCD in master bedroom and 32' LCD in the queen bedroom) and DVD's. Also included is a fully stocked kitchen, off street parking, and outside showers and storage. We also start each year providing 4 beach tags for your use. Family rentals only please. No smoking or pets.

Summary: The house was perfect for us and felt very spacious. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen and the beach was just a few steps away. We'd love to stay there again.

Summary: We rented both floors of this house with my parents and siblings for our annual beach week in OCNJ. The location is great, one block from the beach and within close proximity to Dot’s, Randazzos, Johnny B Goode ice cream and Hoys 5 and 10. Having both floors meant we had grandparents, aunts and uncles in close proximity to babysit! The owner Jerry was very helpful and responsive and the house was updated, clean, and spacious. We had a great trip.

Summary: The property was clean and updated. You can tell that the owner takes care of the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill outside worked well. Close to the beach. 2 blocks from the park. My only con is that the cable and networking is very slow. My daughter had to log in to work and that took awhile to get on. The decks were nice as well. We will be back!

Summary: We loved our stay! So, so close to the beach which was amazing with 2 small kids! The house is very nicely updated and you can tell has been taken care of. Really appreciated the full sized washing machine and king sized bed! Our only complaint was the one TV only plays DVDs which was an inconvenience for the one adult staying in that room. Otherwise, the house had all the dishware and ammenties that we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Summary: The house is beautiful, so close to the beach that you can hear the waves when sitting on the back deck. It was an absolute pleasure being here. Jerry is very easy to communicate with, not that we had any issues. We are planning on returning as often as we can. Thank for a great experience.

Summary: Great stay in OC. Is a very short walk to beach and also the playground which the kids loved. Was perfect for a stay with our three children. House and kitchen were well equipped. Will definitely be back!

Summary: When our other vacation house was cancelled 1 week before due to COVID, we were lucky enough to find Jerry’s Beach house. It was nicer than expected. Everything we needed and more! So close to the beach! House was very clean, and we felt safe. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Loved our stay.
