Our holiday home is located in the second row of the nearby cliff, in a very quiet residential area with spacious villas and land.
You have a fantastic view over the sea from all the terraces in the grounds.
The main house about 120 m² consists of a spacious and light-filled living, dining area with panoramic windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and a fully equipped kitchen.
The separate apartment, about 50 m², in the basement, is equipped with a living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with a spa bath.
Surrounded is this gem with multiple, located at different levels terraces, a well kept garden with a barbecue area and a large pool (8m x 4m). During the winter months, November to April on request, with a heat pump (24 ° C) heated.
Outside there is a washing machine, a dryer and a drying rack available.
Note:
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
Deposit: Please note our own rental agreement.

Summary: Good communication with the owner and the property manager. Our family enjoyed the spacious apartment on the upper floor, with amazing views of the ocean on one side and a lovely cute garden on the other. We loved having breakfast on the patio by the pool, shaded from the wind or sun. The pool was relaxing and warm enough to swim in April. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and clean. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and it made us feel worried that our children laughing and jumping by the pool could be annoying to others - this was a bit stressful for us, especially after one neighbor turned on very loud music for 4 hours, perhaps not having to listen to the kids. So perhaps reconsider that for families with children. Overall, it is a great place to stay, very comfortable (a little carpet on the cold tiles would be lovely, but perhaps not needed in the summer) and relaxing. Really lovely breakfast and evening time on the patio. Good location too.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the villa, everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighbourhood was wonderfully quiet but with easy road access to the main road. It is well positioned to visit the Anaga Peninsula, Guarachico and the rest of the north coast.
