Positive: The villa was an amazing place. Huge common areas inside and outside for our family of 12. Amazing views over the coast, and we finally got a beautiful dramatic sunset on our last night.

Negative: Unfortunately the weather was not so good. We should have done a little more homework, as we weren't aware that the temperature and climate in the North West of the Island could be so different to the South. However this was not the fault of the property. Unfortunately it meant that the pool was really too cold to make use of, but there were plenty of other options, with the hot tub, sauna and the paddle ball court. We also enjoyed playing pool.

Summary: Great place for a big family holiday, but check the weather!

Positive: The house was beautiful and in an excellent location. We loved the amenities (the sauna, especially, got rave reviews). The neighborhood and the paths were excellent. The views we breathtaking. The hosts were *very* responsive for anything we asked. I highly recommend. In fact, our families said that it will be hard to have another family vacation that is not at least at this level!

Negative: Nothing overt; we enjoyed every aspect and we cooked most of our family meals in the kitchen, which was small but efficient. The washer and dryer were a nice touch also.

Summary: Magical location in El Sauzal! Great for families.

Positive: We had an amazing two week family vacation at this villa in Tenerife! The property is in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the ocean and Mount Teide. The villa itself is spacious and offering plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The paddle court, jacuzzi, and billiard table were big hits with both the adults and kids in our group. Alicia, the host representative, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Its proximity to beautiful natural surroundings made it easy to explore and enjoy the outdoors. There was always something to do, and we never felt bored during our stay.

Negative: The only minor drawbacks were that the kitchen could have been better equipped for preparing larger meals, which would have been helpful for our group. The pool was relatively cold due to cold evenings and cooler weather during our visit.

Summary: Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Tenerife

Positive: Really beautiful property, provides everything one needs for any type of a holiday. I was really impressed, in reality looks even better than on the photos. Also great outside view especially during sunset!

Negative: The pool was relatively cold 22-24 degrees, however not really a deal breaker as there is also hot jacuzzi and sauna which makes the rather cold pool enjoyable.

Summary: A real 10 out of 10 experience!!! Highly recommend it, super worthed the price!

Negative: A pity that the sanitary hot water is heated by fuel, and not by solar boiler or heatpump - especially since solar panels and battery is already installed.

Positive: Great to have hot tub, sauna and swimming pool also good pool table and paddleboard court so much to do at the villa we stayed there most of our holiday enjoying the view relaxing the only sounds you hear are the waves crashing on the rocks far below and the birdsong outside cooking area by the pool was a great bonus
