House is conveniently located on beautiful ½ acre lot with views of ocean and access to private beach, near the Little Island drawbridge, Wianno Yacht Club, Nauticus Marina, Chart Room at Crosbys restaurant. Less then 5 Minute drive to beautiful Dowses Beach, & Craigville Beach. About 20 minutes to New Seabury. We are located right outside Oyster Harbors. A 10-minute walk to Osterville center. In a child safe neighborhood, close public boat launch, golf, shopping, restaurants, theaters, children's museum and more. A great rental for the upscale, discerning family. Beautifully furnished.

Summary: Dan was generous with time and attention to detail, especially in terms of safety & health preparation. Home is super clean and comfortable for a family. The property and location are great and offer plenty of outdoor options. We really enjoyed staying, exploring the bay, eating every meal outside and hanging. Thank you for everything. Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our family vacation this past week, Osterville is a beautiful quiet neighbor. The owner's are very responsive and accommodating and the home is clean and well kept. My family of 5 plus my parents felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is a beautiful home, located in a superb neighborhood & close to awesome beaches, restaurants , stores, etc.! It was the perfect house for our family get-away - bright bedrooms, gorgeous sunny rooms looking out onto the water. We loved this house and all the family memories made whilst there! Could not have asked for anything more - it was meticulously clean when we arrived and the property managers, were incredibly attentive & accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We (Adults and kids!) loved it so much, we plan on returning next year.

Summary: The owner could not be more gracious. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to friends and family with water views. There is a huge deck which lends itself to outdoor dining and cocktail lounging. For those seeking solitude - peace and quiet, this is the perfect getaway. It is one mile to town, restaurants and shopping. Beaches are nearby but one can swim in the bay facing the home. And for those who love the great outdoors it is so fun to watch the sailboat and there are many different species of birds - great blue herons, osprey, egrets and many more - this is the spot. It is awesome to watch osprey fishing and whistling away in the tree. We had great fun clamming for our dinner.

Summary: We actually caught Dan in the process of setting up the house for us. And the moment we walked in, it was evident that they took utmost care to ensure that the house was comfy including well stocked bathrooms, kitchen utilities, books, and board games. The house is just a few paces away from the streets private beach and is less than a 5 minute drive away from the best beaches on Cape Cod. Even restaurants such as 5 Bays and the Islander were walking distance from the house. Dan is an extremely helpful person and was always prompt in responding to mails, queries, and also took care of mailing back my phone charger that I had left back at the beach house. All in all, I'd highly recommend this home if one wishes to experience a beautiful homestay and a gracious host!

Summary: We love this house! We have a grown family of 5 and it accommodated us perfectly. It is located in a neighborhood that is quentessentially Osterville far from the fray of tourist. We enjoyed walks through the beautiful neighborhood to the private beach the house provides. We also loved our candlelit dinners on the upper deck. The house is tastefully appointed hardly seeming like a rental. The property is meticulously maintained and the owners are friendly and eager to please. We look forward to returning possibly with grandchildren where there is plenty of room for them to roam

Summary: My family and a few couples recently stayed in this home for a week in June and we couldn't have had a better experience. This house is in excellent shape, and the layout is perfect for adults and/or kids - lots of open common space, clean, up to date appliances, plenty of room. The location is even better - walking distance to the market and the downtown area and a great beach (especially for little kids) - all together it's an excellent home to spend time in within a great Cape town. We laid on the hammock for hours, enjoying the ocean view and breeze, reading books and napping. They allowed us to use their 5 kayak's and we had a family reunion out on the calm North Bay. This will be an annual trip for us.

Summary: We had a great stay over Thanksgiving week with our family (4 adults and 2 children). There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep and the downstairs master bedroom really helped to give everyone more space. Huge, updated bathrooms as well. A perfect place to hangout. We love the proximity to town and Dowses Beach, we walked everywhere, even to the grocery store. We would love to stay in the house again in the summer so we could take advantage of the big outdoor porch and outdoor dining area, outdoor shower and grill. Definitely would recommend this house to a friend - the owners are very nice and easy to deal with!
