Positive: The breakfast was meagre for a 5 star hotel. Took a long time to be served (every day). Coffee was always luke warm, omelettes always overcooked. Poor choice of fresh fruit. More like a 3 star hotel breakfast. And awful, blaring music - inappropriate. Good location.
Negative: The lighting set up in the bedrooms was a complete nightmare to negotiate - far too complicated. A change of level with a step in the middle of the bathroom was dangerous. The room was quite large for Paris, and a comfortable bed. The separate toilet was so penumbrous (and impossible to increase the level of light) that it was unpleasant. For an expensive 5 star hotel it lacked much.
Summary: Design over practicality. Great rooms, but too many badly considered functional issues.

Positive: The hotel was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was bigger than expected and very stylish. The neighborhood was very laid back. We ate most meals locally at the cafes. I would 100% recommend the hotel. We will definitely stay here when we return.
Negative: Honestly, we have no meaningful criticisms.

Positive: Loved the room! beautiful design and amazing bed and amenities. The bathroom has a great shower, towels are excellent and all the beuatiful details make it a exceoptional experience
Negative: The service was not as excellent as the hotel. very nice people but not a lot of experiene with guests. Breakfast service was very slow. The bar did not serve apetizers all day long. Had to ask for chips and there were not even some nuts
Summary: great hotel in a very nice neighbourhood and with a really young crowd

Positive: The location was great. The hotel had its style and atmosphere. The details in the room were really stylish and designed - for example, closet doors with fabric were really a nice touch.
Negative: That is not a five star hotel. I think the experience is closer to three stars. The staff was slow and needed repeating (e.g. to bring missing items from the breakfast menu). They also showed attitude that they don’t like repeating. The room was not practical. It was all for looks but not for experience. For example, there were books in the toilet however the light was so low that it was half dark and nobody even could read the titles of the books. Or there was obvious no place for toiletries in the bathroom - they had tiny shelves behind the mirror but you can’t see what is what so the whole ordeal becomes very complicated. The light in the room was very dark, it gave a gloomy mood and sometimes it was difficult to see things. The shower had pee stink that intensified when the water was running. The cleaning of the room was not good - they barely did the bed, didn’t hoover, didn’t take away dirty dishes. When waiting for elevator, the staff would go into elevator and tell guest that they are going down so the guest needs to wait the next elevator to go up. As far as I know, in a five star hotel the guest is the king and the staff needs to wait with its needs or almost be invisible. Sounds old-school but the attitude on this team was so drastic that one must almost rebel.
Summary: Not a five star hotel, more like three stars.
