Summary: The house was very clean. The decor could use an update. The communication was good with host. However the host had a lot of rules that were unnecessary. For instance, if our family wanted to come over for dinner that would’ve been an issue, she said no unregistered guest in the condo even if they are not spending the night. This time it wasn’t a big deal because we only came for business not to have fun

Summary: It was just a very dark place to stay and way too much furniture. My husband ended up not being able to go and I just didn't feel right staying there. I ended up staying at my daughters house the last 2 nights out of the 3. Just and odd feel to the place. Mary was very kind though when I did not have the right information. No issues with her at all just the look and feel of the place. It was much smaller feeling when you actually got into the home. but it was clean, the areas that you could see. Just a LOT of furniture.

Summary: The location was great. The house was fine. Exactly like the pictures. It had what we needed while the storm hit the area during parents weekend at ECU. Shower water was extremely hot when someone flushed the toilet. Mary was accommodating with our requests. Thanks Mary.
