Summary: good location, plenty of sleeping space - liked having 2 beds in one of the bedrooms, clean, liked having the backyard fenced in for privacy.

Summary: Good location, hard to get back to after game due to roads being blocked off for football traffic. But good space, needs some minor home repair as far as ceiling and walls are concerned and new shower fixtures. Hot water never would get hot for showers, luke warm at best. Good outside space if it hadn’t been too cold to enjoy. But host was great!

Summary: When we arrived in Greenville, 3 1/2 hours away to move our son into his rental we ran into a bunch of hurdles and thought we may need to stay another night. Before check-in I messaged and asked if we could get another night. They were very fast responding that we could. We arrived exhausted from moving. The easy access to enter is great. The cleanliness is awesome. A very quiet neighborhood, close to ECU. I highly recommend the rental.

Summary: This was a lovely location near ECU. Our stay was brief but the house was perfect for my family. I especially liked the room descriptions and how nicely everything was laid out by the owners. Beds were super comfy and so was the living area. Super clean! Will definitely stay here again with my kiddos.
