This Beautiful 2 bedroom 3 beds, 1 Eastern King-size bed and 2 queen size beds. 2 bathrooms is a well appointed marina View apartment located right in the harbor (literally you cant be closer to the Boats :) This Brand new Unit has everything you need right outside the front door Short walk to restaurants, shops or just a walk in the marina. Venice beach is about 5 to 10 min walk. Venice canals are even closer- once you're here you'll never want to leave!

Summary: Our family stayed in the condo late Oct 2023. Booked this one, and was moved to a different one that the owners chose to give us more room. Was on high building in the Shores on the 9th floor, and the condo was beautiful! Gorgeous city & ocean view, and a 10 min walk to the beach. Only cons were garage fob to get in didn't work, so had to message owner to get in each time, not enough towels for a family of 5 (only had 1 towel each), but other than those small issues, life was good! Would love to come back!

Summary: Jad met us at the property as I was having difficulties finding the lock box and then opening it. He was kind and escorted us up to the unit and showed us around. The view of the harbor from the windows are lovely. The rooms are spacious. Several comfort features are provided-soaps at sinks, in shower, laundry for washer/drier unit in apartment; coffee and powdered creamer; spices, olive oil; plenty of glasses/plates/mugs for our party of 6. Only cooked up scrambled eggs on electric stove. Restaurants close by-The Bee Hive for breakfast and The Cheesecake Factory for brunch/lunch/dinner and others. We got lucky and took advantage of the Farmers Market on Saturday! It takes place in the Cheesecake Factory’s parking lot. We enjoyed walking along the marina and the beach. If you’re going with small kids and bring supplies for the day, I suggest you might want to drop them off or park close by as it’s a bit far to haul a bunch of things. If we had more time, we may have taken advantage of the property amenities: pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and outdoor exercise equipment. Fairly close to LAX if you need it like we did. Thank you for sharing this apartment with us.

Summary: Our stay here was good, but this was not the unit we booked. When we arrived in LA, we were told at check in time that the unit we booked was not available due to a plumbing issue. Fortunately, the owner was able to put us into this unit, following a night in a hotel. This unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. MDR was a great location, and we enjoyed the views of the marina. Andre the property manager did a good job.

Summary: Our family had a great stay at the Marina Del Ray apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely equipped for a week’s (or longer) stay. Communication with the host was easy, and we had no issues finding the place. The apartment is located close to LAX, and a supermarket, restaurants, bagel and coffee shops are all conveniently nearby. A Tesla supercharging station is also located a very short distance from the apartment. When back in LA, we would definitely stay in the apartment again!

Summary: Had to book last minute, completely lucked out to find a place that was perfect for me, my husband, and my mom. Walking distance to Venice, easy parking, and the property manager (Natalie) was hands down the most responsive and helpful property manager I’ve encountered in a VRBO.
