Summary: This rental has all you'll need to enjoy a great time in Marina del Rey, just a 15 minute walk to Venice Beach. Apartment complex also houses a salt water pool that's long enough for lap swimming and a luxurious hot tub. Other residents of the apartment complex are friendly and happy to fill you in on where to shop for beach paraphenalia (beach chair, towels, etc.) and how to use the laundry system. A convenience store is also located near the pool, with all those little things you forgot to bring. There are many nice restaurants located within a block and a great organic cafe (The Hive.) Enjoy!

Summary: We stayed for two nights. Bathroom was dirty and water didn’t drain properly in bath and toilet was dirty and flusher was fault. Opened the cabinet to find insects everywhere. Also was asked by residents who we were and told that this complex does not allow vacation rentals so this left us feeling very uncomfortable.
