Negative: Nothing really. The kitchen had no plates, glasses, silverware, or cookware so If we had planned to stay for an extended time period then the unit would not have been that useful.

Negative: Had booked two rooms and didnt need two, tried to cancel with booking.com they said they contacted the manager of our stay with no reply, when we arrived the manager said no problem with only using one room and he would call booking .com, we were billed for two rooms and it is difficult to get ahold of booking.com,

Negative: I booked 2 rooms as I was initially bringing my pets to attend the funeral of our daughter, we did not bring our pets and only needed one room, I talked to the mamnager and he was to call booking.com as he did not think we were charged for the two rooms, my visa statement says we were charged for two rooms when we only used one. how do I resolve this cannot find anyone on bookin.com to talk to
