Positive: Most of the Hotels we stay at don’t charge for breakfast and have the same or better food! We were charged $15 for my 8 year old grandson who ate cereal and juice.
Negative: The staff was very friendly, professional and inviting!

Positive: Exceptional staff, all of them, from the night manager who let me in (tops!) to the checkout person and the lady who waits on the tables and monitors the breakfast buffet. They were all incredibly personable. Great job hiring staff that make a big difference in a stay.

Negative: The bed was not comfortable. We both woke up with sore backs the next day.
Summary: Besides the uncomfortable beds, this hotel has it all!

Negative: Cleanliness of room, paper thin walls, very slippery pool tile - huge risk and liability!!! Very limited exercise equipment. Meal costs purposefully not posted and price for food was ridiculous!! $14 for eggs and cold cereal. People give you a bill after you grab food - no communication on breakfast costs. App didn’t work. Digital key didn’t work. Unable to check in or out through app - why have it? Any questions I had were not in the app.
Summary: Won’t be back.
