Summary: The front desk Staff was nice. The room tho we noticed when we left there were ants in the bathroom and on the counter. My husband had ants in his shirt. And my son had ants in his pants that we noticed in the car.

Summary: Clean room, nice staff. Somebody had their tv turned up all the way, so didn’t sleep well. The comforter was a little thin.

Summary: The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally.

Summary: Expedia did what they do. They change selected reservations. Twice since November they have changed my flights to one I didn't select. Their whim applies to hotel bookings. I selected a corner suite for this hotel only to arrive and have a totally different room. The answer is always the same. "You booked with a third party.agent." Book direct. Thats my advice. This Hilton is a.flop hotel for high-school sports teams. Avoid it unless you're traveling for sports. Its loud and messy.

Summary: This is a lovely hotel that is pet friendly. It was easy to take the dogs outside and well-lit. I definitely felt safe. The staff was very friendly as well. I definitely can recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Eden Prairie!

Summary: Slipped and fell hard on the steps getting into the hot tub. They are slippery as heck as well as the tile around the general pool area. Bed in our room had no box spring, sat on cut plywood boards on a frame. The most uncomfortable nights sleep ever at a hotel. No Manager on staff to discuss our issues.
