Large lounge with fireplace, terrace, patio and secluded garden provide plenty of private outdoor space surrounded by green and beautiful views. Well furnished and tastefully decorated, the cottage offers a restful and healthy space to have a romantic and/or family holiday. Breathtaking views over the three islands of Lake Maggiore crowned by the alps. Summary: Warm welcome by the owner of the house. We met in Baveno and from there she directed us to the house. Authentic Italian house in a nice small village next to Baveno. The interior is a little bit outdated, but once you’re on the balkony you know why you rented this place. Best view ever on the lago and islands. Nice garden with azaleas and other flowers. Nice walks direct from the house, to Stresa, Baveno (10 minutes) and up to the mountains. Don’t expect luxury in this house, but the view and surroundings really make up for that! Summary: Wonderful holiday house. Breathtaking viewsover Lago Maggiore. Great location. The house was clean, had a lot of charm, and was well equipped. Alex, the owner was extremely obliging and friendly. She dealt with any queries effeciently and quickly. We would definately recommend this beautiful house.

Summary: We were blown away by the unbelievably beautiful view. unobstructed 180 degree view over the Borromean Islands and a beautiful mountain range. A very nice and quit garden, where you can relax! The contact with the landlord was more than excellent!. Very approachable and extremely helpful. Good tips for sights/restaurants in the area. We felt very welcome. In short, we had an unforgettable holiday and fell in love with Italy!

Summary: This a wonderful place to stay to relax, unwind and enjoy the atmosphere and warmth of Lake Maggiore. Our first impression on opening the cottage front door was wow!!! The view is amazing. The main floor is open plan with a large hallway and spiral staircase, leading on to a substantial kitchen, lounge area and most importantly large balcony overlooking the 3 main islands. We spent most of our evenings dining on the balcony until the sun went down. Baveno harbour is just a short 10 minute walk away and you can see constant ferry services running out to the islands from Baveno. The main double bedroom is delightful with the same lake views. The other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each are also comfortable. There is also a very useful basement where I stored my bicycle for early morning bike rides around the grand resort of Stresa and beyond. If you like cycling this is a magical place with many enthusiastic Italian cyclists to ride along with. My son enjoyed exploring the gardens of the cottage. I and my family would thoroughly recommend this property and if we could have stayed longer we would have! The owners are most accommodating and met us promptly at the Harbour, showed us around and gave us good recommendations for places to dine in and around Baveno. All in all a super stay! I am sure we will return.

Summary: We stayed in Baveno for one week and choosed this wonderful house because of the nice pictures and good reviews. What to say? You realy get what you see. The view in the direction of the three islands in stunning, the house is well equiped and offers everything, that one could need. In the morning, you can sit outside and eat breakfast on the balcony, while the sun illuminates the waves below you. It was realy an unforgetable experience and I would recomment this place to everyone, that likes to visit Lago Maggiore. Summary: This was an unforgettable holiday! The cottage was extremely comfortable, restful and cosy. It is immersed in an enchanting landscape overlooking the lake. You can see the sun and moon rising from the lake and the water colours changing during different hours of the day. The botanical gardens and walks, music concerts and exhibitions were an unexpected pleasant surprise not to mention the quality of good food and wine. I would recommend it to people of any age and nationality who love nature and romantic landscapes.
