Positive: A great location in the centre of the town. Close to everything.
Negative: It missed having toiletries like shower gel, hand soap and shower gel in the property and water on arrival so I had to go looking for it late at night. A bottle in the fridge would be a great touch like a lot of serviced apartments. Also limited toilet roll as well and there should have been more supplies. Apart from that a great little stay and the owners very responsive and accommodating.
Summary: A nice little stay.

Positive: Apartment Location is very good . Big supermarket opposite street (6-8mins walk) Next door pizza shop Walk 8-10mins will reach beach front and shopping street. Nearby Car rental ( Sixt ) 8mins walk Free street parking if available ( 7pm-8am) Fees parking ( Lamy nearby ) Walking distance to many cafes and bakery shop Apartment extremely clean and comfortable. WiFi available and kitchen utilities is fully equipped. All you need for own cooking or breakfast. Bedrooms size good enough for vacation. Toilet is clean and appropriate. Best apartment’s owner we ever met , friendly and they even prepared a list of emergency contact , list of food and cafe and restaurants and best place for breakfast bakery around the area. Very responsible and responsive about any enquiry during the stay .
Negative: Apartment located at 2nd floor , stairs is the only options. But most of the apartments in Cannes normally doesn’t have lift. So it wasn’t too bad for a little walk.
Summary: Great location , good owner , clean and spacious and everything you ever needed for a short vacation .
