Villa Amada has been designed to maximize the tropical climate and make the most of its 2,900 square feet. The bright, open Living Area features a vaulted roof, with ceiling fans in every room and a large, well-equipped Kitchen , including 5-burner stove.
A Nespresso coffee machine & frother are there , so bring your Nespresso capsules to enjoy your morning coffee !
A huge, tiered Veranda is home to an alfresco lounging and dining area, which seats 8-10...perfect for enjoying the cooling island trade winds. A gas barbeque is available for your use.
The Villa stands in a large, lush garden, enclosed with a privacy fence . A size-able deck with 24ft x 12ft pool (unfenced) has sun loungers, chairs, an outdoor shower and is just steps away from the House. From the Veranda and the Pool Area, you have breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the entrance and entirety of Falmouth Harbour, including Pigeon Beach and the local Marinas. This is the perfect position to view the comings and goings of the countless Super Yachts that call Antigua their seasonal base.
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed with en suite bathroom. Which includes his and hers washbasins.
The Master Bedroom has its own Private Terrace, sheltered from the sun and overlooking the Pool.
The Second Bedroom with a sea view has an American Queen-sized bed and a Single bed. A bathroom is across the hall.
The Third Bedroom has two Extra long twin beds that can be used as twins or put together to make a king bed .
With an ensuite bathroom. Also, all windows have mosquito screens
The interior decor of oatmeal and white, accented by Caribbean blue perfectly complements the home's combination of contemporary and antique furniture. The Living Room, whose windows capture the bright sunshine has a large, flat-screen TV, accompanied by Cable TV channels. A Bose docking station is available to use with iPhone & iPod . WIFI internet access is included and there is an automatic backup generator in case of a power cut.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and antique 'dolly' drying rack, from which your clothes will dry in the Caribbean breeze!
A maid will come after 4th night , which is included in the price. If you require more days or a local Cook to make your stay extra-special, this can be arranged.

Summary: Villa Amanda was one of our favourite villas ever! It was so spacious and well equipped, super clean and had so many seating options to take in the stunning views. The housekeeping was fantastic and so was the host. We hope to return again next year.

Summary: This house was absolutely wonderful. Tina is an excellent hostess and the house is literally equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor areas are fabulous and the views are incredible. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Summary: An amazing house in brilliant location, close to great restaurants and beaches. The host Tina made us feel very welcome and we appreciated how well the house was stocked with everything you could need. The view of the harbour from the pool is simply fabulous !

Summary: This house is wonderful: the house's location in the English Harbour area is ideal for so many great excursions: Shirley Heights Lookout (and the Sunday night party), Nelson's Dockyard, hike to Rendezvous Beach, etc. The pool deck is so well designed and we really enjoyed just chilling by the pool. The grounds are verdant and diverse. The house amenities were thoughtfully considered and perfect for our family of two seniors, two adults and two young teenagers. The house is also fantastic value and Tina, the owner, lives in the cottage right below the house which is so helpful when you have questions or if you run into any problems while on the island (though we did not). Highly recommended!

Summary: We have just enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this very comfortable villa - it was more spacious than expected and the outside area and pool perfect - particularly the fabulous views! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any minor issues or help we needed! Would highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Tina was very helpful and the villa is gorgeous. Wonderful view with a superb master bedroom. Extremely well equipped as well. A car is essential to be able to explore the surrounding area.

Summary: We arrived in Antigua in the late afternoon and were floored by the view as soon as we stepped into the villa. Everything only got better from there. The villa itself is spectacular and welcoming. The island is filled with the nicest of people and amazing sights, beaches, and views. The food was always good and plenty of refreshing fresh fruits and produce. I cannot say enough about Tina's hospitality and her property. I wish I could keep it a secret, but its just too perfect to not share. We will definitely revisit Antigua and Tina again!

Summary: The pictures don't do this property justice. The view over the harbor is the best in the area. The house is surrounded by an amazing garden. Air con keeps all the bedrooms cool - much needed on a 32c day. The pool is great for anyone over 4ft. Tina is super helpful and very quick if you need anything. I will be back here. One of my favorite places in the world!
