Positive: the dining area was clean, open, and well-organized, with a few drink options available.
Negative: Complimentary Breakfast: The breakfast experience was disappointing due to slow and inconsistent service. Even though we arrived with a full hour remaining before breakfast ended, we had to wait a long time for basic items like waffles, milk, and sausage to be refilled. The overall selection was already limited, and during that final hour, items were only replenished once. For instance, only six sausages were brought out—insufficient for our group of seven. It gave the impression that the service was poorly managed that morning. Room: We stayed for five nights with our children. At check-in, staff informed us that housekeeping was provided every two days, but in reality, our room was only cleaned on the fourth day. Additionally, on the sixth day at 10 a.m., housekeeping knocked on our door very loudly and abruptly, creating an unpleasant checkout experience.

Negative: I booked this hotel for an Aunt from out of country. She wanted a bath tub instead of a shower. I talked to front desk and was told that they would switch from a King to Queen doubles in order that she would get a tub, and put a "note" on her reservation. After she checking in, i found out the next day that they did not make the switch as confirmed. Slightly disappointed. Other than that did not hear of any complaints about the room.

Positive: Nice gym, great location.
Negative: Not very clean, we had to change rooms initially because it appeared that our room was never cleaned at all. The hotel just seemed to feel somewhat unkept in general. There were also multiple instances where coffee had run out during breakfast and we had to get somebody to refill. This hotel probably mostly deals with people traveling for work so not having reliable coffee is a pretty big bummer to me.
