Summary: Quick one night stay coming back from Jersey after my son’s soccer showcase; needed a place to stay close to the airport to return back home to Texas the following morning. It fit our needs for our quick stay. Only downside: no laundry facility. I didn’t have time before check out to wash smelly soccer uniforms from that morning and some of my family’s dirty clothes at our previous hotel; I was going to just wash them here, to only find out they didn’t have a laundry room and was told there’s a laundry mat 3 minutes away instead :( Other than that, no other complaints. If you are wanting to do laundry before a return flight, might want to reconsider here. That’s on me for not knowing, should had paid more attention to the hotel’s amenities before booking. Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent. Wish there was a toaster to heat/toast up my bagel since it was very cold, not even room temperature — that’s my only suggestion. Overall, a good stay.

Summary: The check in manager was very nice and accommodating, but we had to change rooms because our first room the keys would not work.

Summary: Stay at hotel for August 22 through 25.. the king room will a 3 star, the bed mattress was not that comfortable for my bad back. The house keeping loud noise was not good, out & in the rooms when cleaning them the door was hitting the security lock they to keep the door open loud noise.. no relaxing or resting the 4 days I was there..not happy at all..

Summary: The property was in a safe location, and the room was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly. The only problem I had was a slightly funky smell when I first walked in the room. Other than that my stay was fine and I would stay there again.

Summary: Complimentary breakfast good. Pillows could be more firmer. Not enough washcloths provided. Site stated housekeeping daily, did not receive Asked about housekeeping services and was informed I had to request it. Had to go to front desk to request more towels, which I was told by hotel rep that they would deliver towels to our room. Left room at 9:30am Saturday morning and came back to hotel later in the day and no clean towels in room. Daughter went to front desk to pick up towels, which was unsatisfactory. Saturday was a very sad day for my family and I due to we were in town for my mother’s funeral. Staff very polite and friendly.

Summary: The only cpmplaint was I didn't have coffee pods in my room every day. They only stocked it every other day and the front desk didn't have access to it. Other than that, everything was fine.
