Summary: They sandwiched Nicole (super sweet) between two very unpleasant staff members, Russell & Joe. Why work at a hotel and be in the hospitality industry if you don’t even own a smile ??!

Summary: I wanted a top floor so I could not hear noise above. But ended up with 3rd floor an there was noise. Plus o the side where traffic.

Summary: The carpet & walls need a UV light & Enzyme cleaner in rooms, because my room smelled like a cat had peed everywhere! Rooms are unsafe for cats & small dogs that like to hide, because small pets have access underneath the bed where humans can not reach. The staff was very helpful & friendly.
