3 Bedroom Condo in Fairhope

Look no further for a fabulous place to stay while visiting the City of Fairhope, Alabama, on Mobile Bay. This downtown 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo, located on the 3 floor with a New Orleans style wrap around corner balcony, was just remodeled by a locally know decorator. You will be one of the first to stay since the renovations were completed in April of 2022. The locked lobby with an elevator offers security and ease when entering or leaving the condo. Restaurants, bars, live music shopping, arts and crafts are all just steps away. Fairhope offers everything from golfing, the Mobile Bay marinas, a short drive to the beach and OWA amusement park, boutique shopping, "hole in the wall" restaurants with cultured Southern delicacies, bars with live entertainment and fine dining, too, causeway restaurants with sweeping views, mall shopping, swamp tours and I'm sure I missed a few! There's rarely a month that goes by without a festival or local celebration. Please google Fairhope Alabama for more attractions.
The beautiful condo offers all the latest upgrades, so look at the pictures for all details! The King Master Bedrooms adjoins a full bathroom with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, a private water closet for your relaxation, convenience and privacy. Two guest rooms are located right beside the hall bath, which is equipped with a tub/shower combo. The utility room offers a full size washer and dryer and is located near the entry door by the powder room. Fresh white bath is supplied along with a one day supply of basic amenities for the bathrooms and kitchen, so you will want to bring your personal toiletries. The beds are made with fresh white linen for every guest!
The living room, master bedroom and a guest room adjoin the breezy, shady balcony! You will have a view of the street, but, also, have plenty of privacy provided by the stately trees which flank the balcony. From the balcony you will hear the local musicians and DJs just across the street.
The designer spared no expense when it came to crown molding, 9 foot ceiling, cabinetry, furnishings and decor. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Please bring your own plastic goods and food, unless you prefer to walk across the street an Irish Pub called McSharrys, a Soul Bowlz, or the Mill offering a great variety. From the balcony you will hear the local musicians and DJs just across the street.
No pets, drugs or loud parties allowed. Must be 25 to book. Entrance is monitored by cameras. Parking is free and first come first serve basis, but usually not an issue at all. Check-in is easy. No front desk hassle. Just read the arrival instructions and let yourself in.

Summary: We could not get the tv to work, even with the help from our contact person. The condo was beautiful. However, it said 6 people. There was barely seating for five. We weren’t allowed to move the furniture, so only two people could watch tv the way it was set up. One of us finally figured out that the previous person unplugged major cables Also a chair would have been helpful, especially in the master bedroom.

Summary: My daughter, her fiancé, and my parents (late 80s) stayed here for my niece’s wedding weekend. The location was perfect! It was so easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the venues for the wedding. The elevator to the 3rd floor was great with my older parents. The unit was decorated beautifully and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved sitting on the balcony! I will definitely stay here again!

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed a respite from Chicago winters in Fairhope Dreams condo. The downtown location means you can walk to restaurants and unique shops and galleries. Try Hello Gallery, Gallery by the Bay, and the Eastern Art Center for unique gifts and happy browsing. Shop owners are friendly and helpful. Most days we didn't need to move our car. Although there is no dedicated on site parking, parking availability was not an issue! The condo is spacious, extremely clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed reading and relaxing in the sun on the large wrap around balcony. The beds were comfortable; the tankless water heater ensured hot, plentiful water for showers. The heating and air conditioning systems responded quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed going to the Kind Cafe for outstanding bagels and tea before heading to the Fairhope library. The food at Ohana Poke restaurant was tasty and fresh. You can build your own bowl with many options to choose from. Across the street from the condo, the Irish bar features live and fairly loud music most Friday and Saturday evenings. The garbage trucks roll by fairly early, but these distractions are sporadic and don't distract from the pleasures of Fairhope Dreams!

Summary: The condo itself is great. Nice location, plenty of room. So we love the place. However, we did not have hot water until the 3rd day we were there. They came on the first night and checked it out. We could not take baths due to the hot water heater not properly working. They credited us for one night, which doesn't seem fair since we were on vacation and didn't have hot water until Wednesday. We arrived on a Monday afternoon. The master bedroom TV was not working either, but they replaced that on the 2nd night. So overall we love the place, but do not feel properly compensated for a lack of hot water. It really messed up our stay. They ended up replacing the tankless hot water heater on the 3rd day we were there. The nightly fees aren't that much, as we all know, it's all of the other fees. So 107 for a refund did not seem adequate.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Fairhope. The Christmas decorations were beautiful & you couldn’t ask for a better place to watch the Christmas parade than from the balcony of the condo. Plus the condo was within walkable blocks to a lot of really cute shops & delicious restaurants.
