Summary: The stuff went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and enjoy the spa and tea service as a part of my stay. They messed me feel special and were genuinely warm and welcoming.

Summary: Clean room, for the most part staff were wonderful from parking to housekeeping, check-in was the easiest I have every experienced, the building is stunning and we had a wonderful time.

Summary: I cannot rave our trip and the hotel enough: we were treated like royalty every second, I’ve never experienced service like this, and I travel often. Well, well worth the price. Special shout out to Andrew who was our server for our last supper. SO kind and funny, helped us piixk a perfect supper, so attentive. Unfortunately I didn’t get names for all the staff we interacted with, but seriously… amazing across the board
