Summary: Great and friendly staff. The cleanliness could be improved. There were hair on the shower walls after we checked in and the mattress sheet were dirty.

Summary: Friendly staff who actually show you to your room. The bed was comfortable although the room was on the warm side. Nice espresso maker. The room was very spacious and had our own balcony.

Summary: One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. We will delve staying there again when we come back to San Antonio.

Summary: Overall experience was great! Super hospitable staff and great rooms. Restaurants and bar are great as well. Only thing that wasn’t the best was there was somebody’s used underwear in our room right when we got in 😅 was hoping for some explanation but the staff just went by and picked up the underwear and left. Hopefully this isn’t the norm here!
