Welcome to Lake Ranch, where there is something for everyone to enjoy! Inside are four spacious king suites with attached private bathrooms, a queen bedroom, six twins, and a crib. Wake up to farm-fresh eggs, & get cooking in our huge kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub and game room, and exercise in the home gym and nearby pickleball courts. It also has an office area, fast Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. We offer unique farm experiences with our horses and goats that will make your stay unforgettable!

★For a truly unique experience, our farm hand is available (for an additional fee) to guide you through a personalized Farm Experience. One horse is available for led arena rides, and all animal feeding within the fence is supervised by our farm hand.
While our farm animals are happy to welcome you, they are living creatures with their own routines. Interaction availability may vary, but if they’re feeling social, you’re welcome to give them a friendly pet under our farm hand`s supervision.
★House boat is not included in the stay, no entry is available
★No entry to the barn as well.

- The home is located on the desirable south end of Lake Lanier, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. It is on a farm with a lake view and has an easy walk to the dock and water.
- About an hour from the Atlanta airport.
- Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and surrounding downtowns. The Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping, and wineries are all within 15 miles of the home.
- Close to the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course, and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.
★ The home is also close to many marinas, including Holiday, Aqualand, and Hideaway Bay Marinas. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, and restaurants are a short car or boat ride away.
★You will never run out of things to do!
- We have kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, a boat dock, a ping pong table, a gym, basketball, corn-hole, kam-jam, hammocks, a gas grill, a private hot tub, a sauna, two inside gas fireplaces, an outside wood-burning fire pit, a gas burning fire table, and a propane fireplace on the dock.
- We have two horses to greet you, goats to admire, and several chickens that provide fresh eggs for your stay.
- Right down the street is a park with several pickle-ball courts.

Other Notes:
★Dogs stay fee will be charged at check-in. $200 pet fee for up to 3 pets. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing. The fee is for the stay and cleaning, not for damages that may occur. So please crate your dog when you leave.
★Please keep an eye on children by the water. Swim at your own risk. No entry is allowed on the Houseboat.
★Eggs are free to take while you stay; use them for eating, not for throwing. Please note that there are times when the chickens will go on strike and not lay any or as many each day.
★We have a no-wake zone near all neighboring docks, so if you bring/rent your, please be mindful of the no boat/jetski wake zone.
★The animals are under 24-hour surveillance. No going past the fence. You can greet and feed apples and carrots to horses from the fence. Inside feeding or riding the horses/animals is a separate charge, and you can book a time in advance or during your stay based on the farm hand`s availability.
★Fireplace in home is open for the cooler seasons October-March.
★Shoes are encouraged to be off inside the home to not track in mud on the rugs and floors from the farm.
★Weight limit is on swing, hammocks, and horses.
★The grill and fire tables are based on gas; you are welcome to use them but must turn the gas off after use and refill the propane on the upper boat dock if you run out after use on your stay.
★Gym and hot tub have rules you must abide by as well.
★We have provided enough paper products to get you started during your stay. If a stay is longer than 4 days, the guest will be responsible for replenishing their own additional supplies.
★Please note: There are outdoor security cameras on the property for insurance and safety purposes. These are owner-operated and located only on the exterior.

Summary: Our stay was so great! The goats and horses were so friendly and really brought joy and peace. The chickens laid eggs for breakfast and the property was just perfect for our dogs. The weather was cool and rainy but this property would be great for summer. There were kayaks and many more water toys!The house itself was big and very clean with many conveniences readily available.I wouldn’t change anything about this accommodation. We will miss the sweet horses and goats. Our dog fell in love with Oreo!Would come again. Also we were just close enough to Atlanta to enjoy some shopping at Lennox mall and Phipps plaza.

Summary: Our family of 10 had the most wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at the Lake Ranch. This home is updated, super clean, and full of "toys" to entertain, regardless of the weather. To think that one could have a lakefront property AND farm animals too! So much fun! You'll find corn hole, ping pong, electronic basketball, giant Jenga, a hot tub and a sauna. Add to that a canoe, 2 kayaks and a double-deck dock for enjoying sunshine reflections on the lake. A Christmas tree was decorated and lit to welcome us - an easy key code entry. The kitchen was well stocked, including a crock pot, Kitchen Aid mixer and double dishwashers. An extra catering sized fridge was in the garage. The farmhand taught our kiddos how to feed the goats, gather eggs, and groom the horses. She was very patient and kind, calming the kids' fears and bringing them big smiles. Also in the back yard we enjoyed a huge fire pit area with lots of chopped wood under a protected port. We found the bedroom configurations to be very adaptable for couples, singles and kids. Two of the king suites had adjacent or included beds for kids. The lower level bunks look like a castle, which became a focus of playtime for our little ones, along with a play kitchen. The bunks there could certainly be used for sleeping while parents could be adjacent in one of the king suites. I can't say enough about this great property. Summary: We stayed here for a long family weekend with grandparents, aunts/uncles and our 2 children. This property was very well accommodated, our kids loved going out to the chicken coop every morning and saying hello to the goats and horses at the fence. When we arrived we found a s’mores kit and bottle of wine waiting for us. We loved spending time on the dock, swimming in the lake, sitting in the hammocks and using the sauna. We definitely plan to come back for future trips.

Summary: We spent a week at the Ranch and it checked all the boxes. The house was clean, and the location was great. Having a 2 year old and a 1 year old the farm was a great little change. Rented a boat for tubing with the older kids and close to restaurants on the water as well. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re visiting lake Lanier. Very responsive owner as well. Definitely recommended.

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful lake house for a long weekend with our adult children and their significant others and could not have been more pleased. The home is gorgeous and there is ample space for sleeping, sitting, and dining and for lounging at the house and the dock. The paddle boards and kayaks were used from sunrise until sunset and everyone enjoyed collecting fresh eggs from the chicken coop each morning. The fire pit and the hot tub were great evening amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Our family came together to celebrate my 65th Birthday & this home allowed us to enjoy our time with each other. We brought our pontoon with us & it was a treat to be able to dock it & have time on it as well. Highly recommend this property & location to all things Lake Lanier.

Summary: Myself, my huband our kids were here for Spring Break & to celebrate my son's Birthday. We live in LA, and were looking for something cozy and in nature. We were blown away at how clean and perfect the house and property were! Our time in this house was EXACTLY what we were going for! The owners communication & the communication with the girl who takes care of the horses & goats were icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderfu lexperience.

Summary: I'm local to Atlanta and wanted a find a nearby lakehouse for my 40th birthday festivities and this house was absolutely perfect! It comfortably slept 13 of our friends + a baby and even had plenty of space to have a small gathering with other Atlanta friends who drove up for the day. Everything was immaculately clean, the main floor was super spacious, the interior design was fresh and modern, and the outdoor areas were so great to lounge around during the day despite the colder February weather. (The firepit was clutch!) Although it was too cold to swim in the lake, the hot tub, gym, sauna and especially the farm animals made it so fun for everyone to enjoy the property. Our big friend group has stayed at MANY houses over the years and this was by far one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Joy made the check-in process a breeze and was very quick to respond to my questions. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the lake with friends and family.
