Our Lake View Retreat Condo will be your new favorite Galena Territory getaway spot. Our Lake View Retreat can sleep up to 4 of your friends and family. You'll be within walking distance of the Eagle Ridge North Course, the Eagle Ridge Resort Spa and the dining available at the resort. You'll have miles of trails nearby and just a short drive to the GTA Owners Club and Lake Galena. Our fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker overlooks the dining area that seats 2 at the table and 2 at the counter. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen tv and wood burning fireplace to enjoy. Step onto the screened in porch and enjoy that lake view even more from our comfortable seating and take a deep breath to enjoy that fresh Lake air. Our primary bedroom features an amazing King-size mattress and linens, inviting you to sink into them after a long day of shopping or golfing. The bedroom has an attached bathroom for you to luxuriate in. We cannot wait for you to enjoy our Lake View Retreat!
When you stay with us, you'll enjoy all the Territory amenities and the Long Bay Point HOA private outdoor pool. There is easy access to local walking trails, and this home is within walking distance of Eagle Ridge Resort, tennis courts, a driving range, a north golf course, etc. The private association pool is walkable from the home for our summer guests. All guests have access to the GTA Owners Club, which is open year-round, and a quick car ride only 2.5 miles away! Your rental will include proximity cards allowing access to the Galena Territory Owners' Club. This is an exclusive amenity that can only be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests. "The Owners' Club" includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property.
When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible; we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days prior to check-in. The provider is CSA.
NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receipt to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and be present the entire stay.
Check-in details are sent 3 days before your arrival to the email on file. This includes the home's address, the access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival.

Summary: Love the view and the beautiful enclosed parch. Bed is comfortable and kitchen and bathroom are exactly what anyone could hope for. However....There is NO WHERE to put your clothes in the bedroom. The closet has so many pillows and blankets and other detritus at best you can hang up a few clothes. There is an armoire but it has more sheets and bedding along with a TV. I ended up putting my folding clothes on a blanket on top of a chair. Our other issue was zero privacy. There are no drapes or window coverings in the living area at all. Quite glad I brought a coverup. The there were the invasion of the lady bugs. I get that it's cold outside and they come inside but spray!!! They crawled all over the sink in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.A little less clutter and window covering with bug spray would make this an ideal place to come.

Summary: The unit was very cute. But no place to put clothes. Closets were full and so was dresserVery disturbed though that upon going to use the dyer I found a lot of wet beddings still in there. Management company tried to tell me that housekeeping left extra towels in case we needed. However mostly wet bedding Also garbage was left behind in cabinet where pots and pans were kept Also thought the main tv could have been a little bigger. They did have a very well stocked kitchen as far as cooking supplies. Sun room would have been great if warmer out

Summary: Overall was great. My one suggestion is that it sleeps 4 but only has towel and washcloths for 2, buy 2 more towels and 2 washcloths to accommodate all guests that will be there. I went to wal mart and bought some.

Summary: The condo was very clean! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. My husband enjoyed looking out toward the lake at the deer and ducks. Beautiful sunsets over the lake! The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Really enjoyed the Keurig, coffee pods, and syrups each morning. I would highly recommended this condo to anyone visiting Galena!
