This lovely 4 year old property is located in the popular Bay Breeze Estate and opposite the lake and park lands. The parklands includes a playground and large grass areas for picnics, to kick to football or relax.
This 4 Bedroom and 2 bathroom, remote double garage house is suitable for extended families.
Just over one kilometre to the beach and a short walk to the St Leonard’s Golf Course, this property is in a great position.

Summary: We had a lovely time. The house was fabulous for a larger family group. Lots of space, very clean and we loved that our host left condiments, cleaning products and toiletries. Two indoor spaces and an outdoor space meant lots of room to relax

Summary: The owners are so generous with this house , with what they provide and the communication. The beds are comfortable, 2 are quite low so if you dodgy knees get in early and pick one of the higher ones. The showers were lovely, This is a neat, clean and comfortable house with plenty of room and walking distance to the beach and shopping strip. If the kids don't join us again next year we will happily book again.
