This modern 4 bedroom home is perfect for a couple, a large family or group. The property can comfortably accommodate up to nine people and the family dog. There are dedicated spaces to to socialise indoors and out or chill with a book, watch TV or break out a board game.
Located in the new Swan View estate backing onto the tranquil Edwards Point reserve and just a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach.
St Leonards is a quiet beachfront town with excellent cafes and many local high quality wineries and eateries.
This modern home boasts 4 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a double lock up garage, 2 large driveways and space to store a boat behind a lockable gate.

Summary: This truly is a home away from home. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 6yo and 13yo) and a little dog. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, spacious and modern with a big backyard and has literally everything for you as well as your dog. There's extra blankets, dog towels, dog bowls, well-equipped kitchen with more than just the basic appliances (blender, coffee, machine, sandwich press), kids games, puzzles,, toys, books for adults and kids, 3 TVs, backyard games (cricket, badminton, chalk), beach toys.The host Jodie is very responsive and lovely! I would highly recommend this home for 1 or even 2 families!

Summary: This is our second stay here, and it certainly won't be our last! The home is beautiful, spotless, and truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are wonderful—kind, and welcoming. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning, providing the perfect area for both children and dogs to play. The home is located in a quiet estate and only a short drive from the beach.
