PRIMARY BEDROOM is on the upper floor. It features a king-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, a relaxing chair and a walk-in closet.
This beautiful bedroom has a private ENSUITE BATHROOM with a luxurious walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub.
There is also an executive style desk for anyone who needs to keep up with work while away.
NURSERY has a single bed and a crib: it would be great for families with youngsters. This room is adjacent to the primary bedroom.
BEDROOM 2 (upper floor)
The second bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a desk and a 55" Smart TV.

The luxurious full Bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in shower is down the hall from Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.
BEDROOM 3 (upper floor)
The third bedroom is designed for memorable slumber parties for guests both young and old. There are two twin bunk beds plus an additional day bed with a trundle bed. There’s also a cozy reading nook with a bean bag chair and a collection of kids’ books. 55" Smart TV for a movie night, and a desk in case someone needs to do the homework. The full bathroom is down the hall and shared between this room and the Bedroom 2.
BEDROOM 4 (main level)
The fourth bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, and a desk for any digital nomads in the group.
BEDROOM 5 (main level)
The fifth bedroom is as cozy and functional as the fourth one. Same comfortable queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, and a desk, but different design and ambience.
BATHROOM 3 (main level) is down the hall from Bedroom 4. It has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity.
The full bathroom on this level is easily accessible from the living, dining and kitchen areas, so it is definitely going to be the busiest bathroom in the house.
BATHROOM 4 (basement level) has a walk-in shower, and the same luxurious amenities as the three other bathrooms in the house. All four of the lovely bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and premium toiletries for your convenience and enjoyment.

We offer 6 Roku TVs with many complimentary streaming channels like Netflix and Disney+.
Contactless self-check-in is available and an individualized door code will be sent to you before check-in. Free parking is available for up to 8 vehicles. We also have an EV charger available to guests.
For your safety and security, the house is equipped with three outdoor cameras, an active security system, and indoor motion sensors. All security features will be on during your stay for your protection. Outdoor cameras are located on the front door, on the garage door, and on the back door. Motion sensors are on the windows and the doors. All the equipment is safe for pets. Motion sensors are not activated by pets.
We also have noise monitors with no recording functionality that only monitor the level of noise in the house.

The nearest bus stop is 0.2 miles away.
Avondale Estates MARTA subway station is 2.5 miles away. From there it takes about 20 minutes to get to Downtown Atlanta by subway.
