3 Bedroom House in Madison, Pinetta

We’re a family of 9, and we use the house. We’ve been renting it out to other people for 5 years and It’s well loved. It is not fancy or luxurious, but it has all the basics and plenty of extras for anyone looking to just have a good time. You will probably find kids toys in places other than the toy box. There is a lake outside and it’s Florida. There will be sand, fish, frogs, and bugs. Anyhoo, the house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of seating, a full kitchen and dining room.
Sit in the living room and enjoy the beautiful view of Cherry Lake out of the big picture window. When we say “Go jump in a lake” we mean it! Feel free to use our dock for swimming, fishing, and boating.

Summary: This was our 3rd stay at Teva's place, and as always a great experience. We've been traveling to Lake Cherry for over a decade, and finally found this gem of a place. It's not super fancy so just right for our family with kids of all ages. Great yard and dock, and having 2 sets of washer/dryer's is a huge bonus.

Summary: Property is in disrepair and not well maintained. Housekeeping was dismal. Microwave had food splatter in it, coffee maker was dirty and coffee grounds still in basket. Windows were dirty and had hand prints on them. Floors were extremely dirty and master bathroom floor was not clean. Back porch was not swept and full of cobwebs and dirt robber nests. We reached out to the host and got no response to our concerns. We cut our stay short out of disappointment of the property.

Summary: This house is perfect for a family with kiddos. There were books, movies, and toys. The pack n play and the walker were wonderful for the babies! This was actually our second stay at this home and we love it and will be returning again!

Summary: The house was a lot bigger than we imagined from the pictures. And that view of the lake was absolutely beautiful in the mornings and at sunset! It does need a bit of deep cleaning though and a new set of pots and pans(all food stuck to them). It was very dusty under beds and couches and the outside patio was covered in cobwebs, but we didn’t see any roaches like one of the reviews said. But even with those minor flaws we really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in the perfect location for wild adventures only about 25mins away and the beds were very comfortable! If we’re back in the area we’ll book our vacation at this beautiful house again!

Summary: After reading reviews I assumed the place would be very clean but boy was I surprised. We arrived late in the day to a house that was definitely not in rentable shape. The bathrooms were the worst and I had to clean all of the toilets (eww) and counters of toothpaste and grime. Towels were hung up still wet and plates put back in the cabinet dirty. The kitchen desperately needs a deep clean and cabinets were full of random junk and old food. Food was still left in the grubby fridge. It was bad. I killed several German roaches that weekend as well. There wasn’t nearly enough linens or towels supplied and just over all not a good experience. I did contact the manager to let her know what a poor job the ‘cleaners’ had done and I had lots of pictures and video of the mess we walked into. Teva assured me that I would at the least get my cleaning fee refunded but once the stay was over she ghosted me and hasn’t returned any emails or voicemails.

Summary: This place was amazing. We loved our whole stay. There was so much room to hang out in and we used the dock. We didnt catch any fish but had a blast.
