Positive: It was a great experience to stay in a Japanese house and have a feel for it. Comfortable beds and clean place Very helpful host 900m to station and 1200yen by taxi to the main Osaka station. Supermarket in less than 200m Good for family with children who prefer to eat self cooking

Positive: The staff were very polite, we stayed for a few days and he would come in every day when we were out to clean up and add coffee. It was a super class experience, it didn't bother me at all, and he gave us a gift when he left. Although the room price increased a lot due to the New Year's Day holiday, it was still a great value for money.

Positive: I liked everything!! Nothing is really desired more. Still the best thing among other things was the delicate and warm hospitality of the host. The beds were really comfortable to sleep on. I had such a deep sleep every night.

Positive: Highly recommended house in Osaka. It is second time to stay in Osaka, and this time we traveled with parents, so a whole house is more comfortable for us (than hotel). We are 5 people and stayed 5days/ 4 nights in Osaka. Transportation: 15min walking distance to Shin-Osaka station, where we can take metro directly to Kyoto. 10min walking distance to 西中岛南方 station, where we can easily go to center area. About house itself: very clean, warm, well equipped and well organized house. Two restrooms in house, Towels are changed to new every day, and all the cooking necessities are available. Hosting: Ishino-san is very considerable, he prepared the house ready 1 hour earlier than our committed check-in timing, which allows us to settle down in advance. Snacks, sweets and fruits are also prepared for welcoming, which is very good for first impression. Besides, Ishino-san (and the stuffs) come to clean house everyday during your absence time, will not bother you at all. Around: easily to find convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Very quiet community to stay. This is a lovely house, and managed by a nice and gentle host. Highly recommended. 😀

Positive: We absolutely loved this beautiful home in Osaka. I stayed last month {October} with my partner, and two kids {12yrs & 8yrs}. The house itself is in immaculate condition. Towels were changed everyday which was lovely! There is also a washer/dryer combo that came in very handy as we had been travelling for 11 days prior. The walk to Shin-Osaka station took about 10mins and there was a playground on the way that my 8yr old enjoyed playing in. There’s also multiple convenience stores close by and restaurants within a 5-10min walk. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also loved the extra touch of the upstairs room, with a kotatsu and also kimonos and yukatas for guests to wear.
Negative: The only thing {that the host cannot avoid as it’s a requirement} is the exit light. It made the upstairs bedroom really bright. I need total darkness to sleep, so if you’re like me, I recommend a good eyemask! My only suggestion for the host would be to put a cover over the glass {for the door to that upstairs bedroom}. Aside from that small detail, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Positive: We loved the cute family home, including heated carpets, heated family room table and beautiful outfits to try on. The beds were comfy, blankness warm, and each room had a heater to keep you cozy. We also enjoyed arriving to snacks, fruits and an already set up Netflix account (Yey). Our host was a lovely person who helped us in every way, and the house was cleaned daily, even the dishes. It was a lovely stay. There are stores nearby and the subway is about 10-15 min walk, depending on your pace.
Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike. Just a note that there is a ladder that may not work well with small kids.
