Summary: The hotel room is spacious but bit far from town. You have to take a train from Umeda and also have to walk outside the Umeda station to the local station which was bit uncomfortable as we had 2 pcs of luggage rolling around. The bathroom was bit dirty.

Summary: The hotel itself is amazing! Great Location, Great Staff, and you almost felt RICH for staying there. HOWEVER, the one negative (which was pretty important), was that the beds were like sleeping on concrete. After long days of walking and being exhausted from travels, it was disappointing to come back to the room and attempt to laydown on the bed, only to be met with a solid surface. Everything else about the stay/hotel was AMAZING....but since we were there to primarily sleep, the bed comfort was very disappointing.

Summary: The hotel was very big and nice. Front desk staff were ok, not super friendly. Location was also ok, nearby train station still a bit of a walk especially with luggage.
