Luxurious 3 room apartment (105 m2), nested in the greenery of a well-preserved nature within a private garden (700m2), facing the sea.
It occupies the whole ground level of a 4 story authentical "Belle Epoque" mansion, that was artfully renovated with quality equipment.
Large patio (33 m2) with outside space (52 m2 altogether) and garden (700m2), large barbecue, spa, solar shower (parking lot in the garden).
It is a short walk down to the sea (400 m) via a path, partially private.
The apartment comprises:
- A large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, with dining and sitting areas. It has an attractive wooden beam ceiling providing a Provençal atmosphere. (45 m2)
- A spacious bedroom with a large electric double bed, TV set, cupboards with hanging spaces and a safe, writing desk, leather armchairs etc., with its own bathroom and separated toilet (total area: 29 m2).
- A second bedroom with twin beds, plus an armchair which converts into a comfortable single bed, TV set etc. with, "en suite", its own shower room and separated toilet (total area 23 m2).
- A small laundry room with washing and drying machines.
All the main rooms enjoy the sea view and open onto the partially covered terrace which is luxuriously equipped with a large barbecue, a convivial table that seats ten people, deck chairs etc..
From the flowered Mediterranean garden, the plunging view on the maritime panorama, the Lerins Island and the Esterel is stunning.
Reversible air conditioning, alarm, secure electric gates, safe, Internet complete the equipment.
It is a five minutes’ drive to the beaches, 7 min to the town centre and 8 min to the Palais des Festivals.

Summary: My husband and I had a relatively long stay at Emma and Charles place. They are wonderful hosts who take good care of the property, as well as the guests staying here, and answer all of our questions promptly, explain everything in details patiently. The apartment is close to the beach and center of town, with some small restaurants, markets, and boulangeries even closer by. As an added bonus, the apartment has a nice backyard facing the water, which is a rare find. We will definitely come back to stay.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, light-filled apartment on the ground floor. The spacious terrace became a favorite spot, offering lovely views over the grounds and out to the sea. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we took advantage of the nearby paths for daily walks to the main road, where we could catch the train to Nice, Antibes, or Eze, or head into central Cannes. The apartment was very comfortable for our week-and-a-half stay. Emma and Charles were welcoming and accommodating hosts. Upon arrival, we did need to sign an additional French contract with a detailed inventory, which initially surprised us, but we understood it as a reflection of the care they’ve put into their home. The apartment itself has an interesting blend of new and vintage touches, and we appreciated its location—tucked away in a peaceful and seemingly safe area of Cannes, yet close enough to access the more bustling parts of town with ease. We highly recommend staying and will remember our time spent there fondly.

Summary: This apartment was one of our most favorites of the many we've rented. Spacious, comfortable, and extremely well-stocked, with tons of room for our things. Gracious and thoughtful hosts provided many extras. Several grocery stores are located within walking distance. The location just outside of the center of Cannes was excellent, with easy access to the bus and train as well as for day trips. We especially enjoyed visiting Antibes, Eze, and St. Paul-de-Vence as well as Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. The best part was the lovely patio surrounded by fabulous gardens and overlooking the Med - we enjoyed relaxing there in the mornings and evenings, listening to the birds and watching the boat traffic. We REALLY did not want to leave and hope to return!

Summary: Great Stay at the rented apartment of Charles & Emma. Both are wonderful hosts, very friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped, in great condition and is in a wonderful location. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. To the promenade at the Croisette you walk about 20-25 min. All in all it was a very great stay (also for our little dog) and we will certainly book the apartment of Charles & Emma again. As we arrived on a Sunday and most grocery stores were closed, Charles & Emma even bought us some groceries, so we didn‘t had to worry about buying butter, milk, etc on Monday morning. Very kind and attentive from both. Both speak very good English as my French is rather poor.

Summary: This place is perfect. Emma and Charles are excellent and cordial hosts - their home is absolutely extraordinary and very well located for touring the region. Each room is extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was the huge patio and gardens that overlook the sea. Yachts, sailboats and windsurfers fill the waters below. We enjoyed our dinners on this grand patio every nite. These memories will last forever. Can’t wait till next time!! Thank you for the privilege of staying onthis awesome property.

Summary: We stayed for 12 days with couples from my home country, spending holiday together in Cote d’Azur. Host family, Emma & Charles, not only welcomed us very warmly with lots of flowers everywhere, they also gave us many detailed information on how to spend comfortably in Cannes. Thank you for the hospitality. A wonderful place and time in a large mansion and garden with beautiful flowers cared by Host, stunning 180 degrees sea view wherever we are, designed interior in a Provencal style without simplification and all the furnishings/equipment kept in high quality, made our short experience very rich. We were not only able to enjoy the wonderful Cannes life, but also an easy visit from Menton to St Tropez from here and the crossing to the island in front of us. We definitely visit this wonderful villa again, and see host. Recommended for all families, young and old, who want to spend a holiday in a quiet villa where you can hear the birdsong even near active Cannes.
