2 rooms very well located, 36 m2 + 6m2 of terrace, on the first floor with elevator in a secure building, quiet and functional. 5 minutes walk from the beaches and the Croisette.
A room with a large bed. A living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi. Terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with palm trees. Bathroom with bath. Separate toilets.
Central location in a beautiful building, close to a supermarket. You can access everything (Rue d'Antibes, Croisette, Palais) without needing a car. Ideal for conferences and holidays.
A privileged location 5 minutes from the Rue d'Antibes, the Croisette and beaches, 10 minutes from the Palace: you do everything on foot.
The apartment offers perfect comfort for 2 people and can accommodate up to 3 or (maximum) 4 people for short stays (room with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room).
Beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful palm trees. Quiet apartment, not far from the fast track but soundproofed by double glazing.
You have access to the whole apartment.
It is located in the immediate vicinity of a Casino supermarket (you cross the street) and a laundry (at the bottom of the building).
If you travel by car, you can park it for free in the neighboring streets (for example rue Louis Nouveau) or in the public parking of Place Commandant-Lamy (3 minutes from the apartment) which offers attractive packages.
Sheets, pillowcases, towels (except beach towels) and tea towels are provided.
You access the internet via Wi-Fi. You have TV by TNT and more channels by the Freebox. The hot water is supplied by a cumulus, no manipulation to perform. The new reversible air conditioning (air conditioning and heating) works very simply with a remote control. Remember to turn it off when you're not using it (for example when you're away) and close the windows properly when you use it.

No party or evening. The building is quiet and must remain so.
The entrance to the premises is between 14:00 and 20:00 (except special agreement) and departure at 12:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
Thank you to respect the places, the furniture and the equipment as well as the rules of the building (especially calm and cleanliness). Take special care not to make noise on the terrace. It is forbidden to spread linen on the railings; there is a drying rack on the terrace.

The district of Bas Montfleury where the apartment is located is one of the most pleasant of Cannes and has the advantage of being close to the Rue d'Antibes, the Croisette and the beaches.
The Palais des Festivals is a 10-minute walk away.
The train station is ten minutes walk; the public parking Commandant-Lamy is 3 minutes away. The city bus stop is right next to the building. A taxi rank is at the beginning of Pasteur Street, two minutes away. The shuttle that goes around the city center ( ticket valid for the day) stops at the corner of Rue Pasteur and Rue d'Antibes. You have three car rental agencies nearby.

Summary: Very convenient for our needs - we were only a 5 - minute walk from the nearest beach, the railway station and our language course. A 30-second walk to the supermarket! Air con was very helpful. The fact that it was near a road did not matter. The garden over which the balcony overlooks was tranquil and provided a screen from the town noise. Would recommend!

Summary: This appartment is perfect for a couple, across the street from the supermarket and about 10 min. away from the Palais des Festivals and even closer to beaches. Very well appointed for cooking, confortable bed and ample hot water. The terrasse is perfect for quaint outdoor dining up to 6 people. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This was our second time staying in this terrific apartment. If you’re still trying to find a place, search no more. The location is perfect, the unit is immaculate and comfortable, and you will have everything you need for a super vacation. But perhaps more importantly, you will receive excellent care and attention from Patrice and Françoise. They are always available to answer questions and ensure that all is well. We were there during a particularly hot period. Patrice checked in regularly, and Françoise was easy to reach, too. We’re already looking into returning next summer. Stay here; you won’t regret it! Summary: This apartment was in an ideal location for walking to the sea, supermarket, train and bus terminal, ferry terminal, markets, old town, Cannes city center and so much more. We walked everywhere. The city is clean and very pedestrian friendly. Suggestion: Take bus #22 from the main terminal ( at the train station) to the end of the line. The best 1.60 euro per person spent. You can stay on the bus and return to Cannes or get off at any bus stop for a lovely walk back to Cannes. Patrice was a great host and responds quickly to any questions. The apartment was small( which we knew) but very nice with everything we needed. We’d love to return.

Summary: We LOVED everything about this charming apartment. From the moment I reserved it till our checkout, communication was prompt, kind, and gracious. The owner is attentive and helpful (be sure to consult the detailed home notebook - it contains valuable information about beaches, shopping, dining, and excursions- and that’s not an exhaustive list of the topics covered). We ate breakfast (purchased at the incredibly convenient Casino) on the terrace every morning. The washing machine was an unexpected bonus that we greatly appreciated. The apartment is comfortable and immaculate. We arrived to orange juice and a bottle of rosé in the refrigerator- delightful! Everything truly is within walking distance- no car necessary. The train station is close, too, making day trips very easy. This was our first time in Cannes, and we cannot wait to return. When that time comes, we will not hesitate to stay in this fabulous apartment. Merci pour tout!

Summary: Very welcoming apartment, and very welcoming host. Tastefully appointed unit all in all. Kitchen is reasonably well-equipped , and there's a fabulous grocery store (Casino) right across the street! Comfortable bed, but some may find the size of the bedroonm a bit confining. We really enjoyed the use of the balcony, for all of our meals at the apt. Some might find it a bit noisy because of traffic sounds, but since we live in an urban environment, it did not bother us; it overlooks a lovely small garden area. The apartment is very well-located in terms of access to downtown Cannes, the train station, and the beach promenade (10 minute walk at best). Would definitely stay there again if we return to Cannes some day.
