This beautiful chalet is centrally located in the cosy village of Niedernsill in Salzburgerland, between the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg.
The chalet is a semi-detached house and you'll get the right half all to yourself. Because it is such a large space spanning three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. The high-quality amenities and warm furnishings ensure that you'll immediately feel at home. After a wonderful day in the snow, a pleasant hike or mountain bike tour, feel free to relax in your own private relax area with sauna. This is in the basement. Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and winter. There's plenty to do for e.g. mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. Summary: Property was as described. Very nice. There are no extra amenities other than what is listed so don’t expect any extras. The radiant floor heat in One room was not working. Maintenance came out but it was never fixed during our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Niedernsill is a quaint town but very small. Small grocery, ATM, Church, ski rental but no restaurants. We enjoyed our stay during a record high temperature and no snow in January 2023.

Summary: Fantastisch appartement, dit was onze tweede keer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel jammer dat deze keer het appartement niet schoon was, veel spinnenwebben en ongedierte.

Summary: De luxe van 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, extra apart toilet en ook nog een sauna, douche en relaxruimte naast de fijne woonkamer met genoeg zitruimte en de schuifdeuren naar het terras maken het een tophuis. Een dagje thuis als het per ongeluk regent is geen straf. Ook de was- en droogmachine in de kelder is prettig voor als je een dag gezweten hebt of je handdoeken er even in wil doen.

Summary: Haushälfte mit Terrasse und schönen freien Blick in die Landschaft. Schöne ruhige Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Genau wie auf der Homepage beschrieben Bilder stimmen zu 100%. Die Buchung, die Einweisung und die Abwicklung (Hausmeisterservice Fam. Berger) war kompetent und schnell. Brötchenservice ist nur zu empfehlen Top!! Wir können das Chalet auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Summary: Mooi huis dat overkomt met de foto's Het is even rijden naar de piste maar hier hadden we ons op ingesteld Wel jammer dat er op donderdag een loodgieter onaangekondigd het huisje binnen kwam. Was fijn geweest als ze ons dit even hadden laten weten

Summary: - Schönes Haus, allerdings suggerieren die Fotos, dass es freistehend ist. De facto ist es aber umgeben von weiteren Häusern mit Blick auf andere Haustüren… und nicht auf die Berge. - Der Check in verlief reibungslos und unproblematisch. Schnelle Antworten auf Fragen bekamen wir immer. - Die Küche bietet viele Geräte, ist aber sehr klein und unpraktisch für 8 Personen. - Auch das Wohnzimmer ist recht gemütlich, wenngleich es auch etwas geräumiger hätte sein können. - Über die Bettenqualität waren wir uns nicht einig: Diejenigen mit den größeren Zimmern/Betten kamen gut damit klar. Diejenigen, die im Zimmer unten schliefen, mit schmaleren Matratzen und mit brummenden. Wärmetauscher direkt vor dem Fernster, müssen jetzt erstmal Schlaf nachholen. - Die Bäder sind auch sehr schön, besonders die Dusche im Keller war beliebt. - Die Sauna ist der Hit! - Der Skikeller und die Waschmaschine sowie der Trockner waren ebenfalls super!

Summary: Die Übergabe des Schlüssels lief absolut reibungslos mit dem Hausmeisterservice ab. Wir haben sogar noch einige Tips und Infobroschüren mit auf dem Weg bekommen. Auch das Auswechseln eines Duschkopfes durch den Hausmeisterservice lief während unserer Urlaubszeit absolut schnell und freundlich ab. Das Haus selbst ist sehr neu und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Ortsteil von Nierdernsil. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Im EG befindet sich zu dem drei Bädern noch eine weitere Toilette und im KG im Saunabereich noch weitere Dusche. Die Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln gut bestuhlt. Ein großer Grill ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit sämtlichen Küchenutensilien gut bestückt. Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Der Saunabereich und der Skikeller sind mehr als ausreichend groß. Wir können diesen Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
