Summary: Wir fahren jedes Jahr manchmal mehrmals im Jahr in das gleiche Haus - diesmal waren wir enttäuscht. Als wir nachts ankamen mussten wir erstmal saugen und die Decken was hen weil alles nicht in einem akzeptablen zustand war. Das sofa ist kaputt - die Lampen komplett eingestaubt - überall Spinnweben, unter dem sofa wurde wohl seit nem jahr nicht gesaugt Als wir am nächsten Tag die Hausmeister angesprochen haben - hat die Dame Vorort gemeint dass sie dafür entgegen kommen werden. Am nächsten Tag haben wir eine Nschricht erhalten dass wir dehne keine Möglichkeit gegeben haben um es sauber zu machen…,. Sollte das nicht vorher überprüft werden? Als wir mitgeteilt haben dass wir diesen Zustand bei belvilla angeben werden - wurde uns unterstellt dass wir hier drohen….. war leider keine Erholung…. Wir sind am 2 Tage vorher abgereist…. Sehr schade - haben es wohl nicht nötig Stammgäste zu behalten Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Summary: Ein super ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönem Weitblick. Wir waren eine größere Gruppe von Freunden und hatten ausreichend Platz zum Kochen, saunieren und Gesellschaftsspiele spielen. Und die Wandermöglichkeiten sind genauso top.

Summary: Wir hatten das Haus für unseren Winterurlaub gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus bot Schlafplätze für 10 Personen, wir waren insgesamt zu acht (2 Familien mit Kindern/7 - 14 Jahre alt) und hatten genügend Platz für alle. Auch im Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich fanden alle am großen Tisch Platz für Mahlzeiten, zum Plaudern bzw. Spielen ... große Couch + Flat-TV natürlich auch. Weiterhin befand sich im EG ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) mit angeschlossenem Bad/WC und im Eingangsbereich ein separates Gäste-WC. Weiter gab es im 1.OG ebenfalls ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) mit angeschlossenem Bad/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Etagenbetten.. Im Keller gab es einen Saunabereich mit Liegen zum Ausruhen sowie einen Trockenraum für Ski- und Snowboard-Utensilien. Das Haus war voll ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Teller, Tassen etc.) ... perfekt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und sicherlich gab es auch Kleinigkeiten, die man ggf. anders gestaltet bzw. umgesetzt hätte, aber das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau und diesbezüglich nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft ... einen schönen Urlaub ... das „Haar in der Suppe“ sollen Andere suchen 😉

Summary: Tolles Haus. Alles sehr wertig eingerichtet. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass Badmöbel/Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Bäden fehlen. Aber dies ist nur ein kleines Manko. Netter Empfang vom Hausmeisterservice.
