5 minute walk to the beach and quality restaurants. From there you are approximately a 30 minutes walk along the promenade into old town Almunecar, with hundreds of bars, shops and restaurants.
The lounge is fully equipped with large TV, DVD player, Wii console, UK and European TV and music system with aux facility so you can play your own music.
Fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities.
Six bedrooms with 2 upstairs and 4 downstairs. Two en-suites and 3 other shower/WC rooms in the villa. There is also a separate gym, poolside kitchen, WC and shower.

As you head down into the garden there is a gymnasium with a multi gym, free weights, cycle machine and rowing machine and a punch bag.

Baby sitters and chefs can normally be arranged as well as specialist cake makers and hairdressers to make an event or occasion extra special. Notice required.
Best features: The view, the amazing night sky, the space around the villa to be with the group or have some private time, close to the beach and promenade with its bars and restaurants and good nightlife.
Please note there are approximately 40 steps from the front door to get down to the pool. This is because the house is on a hill hence the amazing views and therefore the road down to the beach is steep. We always recommend hiring a car because the nearest supermarket is about half a mile away and also older people/parents with buggies may find the hill difficult to walk up. There is normally plenty of available free parking at the bottom of the hill if you just want to use the car to avoid the walk back up.
Always buy holiday insurance to protect against holiday curtailment, cancellation, accident or illness, as the owners cannot be responsible for events outside of their control. Amenities and facilities can change, without notice, at the discretion of the owners. Surcharges will be applied when only parts of a week are required and they are the weekends.

Summary: It does look like the pictures exactly! This is a spacious well set out family villa which is excellent for large groups - we were 10. Pool area is great and provides an excellent sea view. There is a great dining area around the pool where we ate every day which is shaded and pool kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet. There are a lot of steps about 42 down to the pool and the villa is over 3 floors essentially so not good for people with any disabilities or difficulty in walking - we didn't have any issues. We managed to get two online grocery deliveries from mercando - top tip, the website is in Spanish but the app is also in English. It's peaceful and we all relaxed. Communication with the owner was very helpful and quick - wifif worked very well. Would highly recommend. It's a much less commercialised area than Costa Del Sol and many people in shops speak limited English so a much more relaxed atmosphere. We didn't eat out but wandered a couple of times into the nearest town which was Almunecar - the villa is just outside - and once you are down the hill it's a lovely walk along the well maintained promenade into town which is about 2 miles, including the hill.Pool was a great size and we all enjoyed it especially the children who were in there most of the day! Plenty of room for people to sit and big tables with enough chairs, kitchen had all the electrical goods you would need including air fryer. would stay again for sure!

Summary: The villa was stunning, the view, the pool, everything we needed. Everything you needed for a family get together with little ones. They loved the pool. Definitely not for those less able as there are a lot of steps and getting down to the beach and back a bit of a mission without a car. All doable and once we mastered the taxis and the buses getting in and out of the local town was way

Summary: We were 13 all together, eight adults and five children aged between three and nine, and the house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, lovely balconies, superb pool area, enough fridge space, and the view was spectacular. We walked to the beach almost every day, the supermarked was at short driving distance, baker and ice cream within walking distance. Communication with Nick was very easy, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our recent stay at this villa exceeded expectations for our group of 12, including both children and adults. The views were stunning and the villa itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The living areas were perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms were well looked after. The outdoor amenities were a highlight. The large swimming pool kept the kids entertained for hours, while the adults enjoyed lounging by the poolside. The kids also loved the play area for tennis, football, basketball and table tennis. The outdoor dining area was perfect for family meals, and we made good use of the BBQ. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, replying to queries immediately. The information pack was very thorough. There were a couple of small issues, such as the pool took a few days to get to a good temperature, even though we paid to have it heated and one of the AC units had a strange smell. Also, the pool isn’t immediately accessible from the house and involves a lot of stairs so you need to fit to stay here. You also need a car to get around. Overall, this villa was the perfect setting for our family getaway and we would highly recommend it to a large group of families.

Summary: We were a group of 12 Friends that wanted to spend some nice time under the Sun of southern Spain. We looked for a great place near Malaga that had it all. Beach, Mountains, Cities and I must say Almunecar has it all! We came across Nick's Casa Felizidad and after communicating with Nick, who is super responsive and friendly, we knew that this is the place we have to go to. The check in was easy, everything was nice and clean and we were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The poolboy came regularly to look after the heated pool and the Astro Turf court kept us moving. Overall a great place to book and I can just recommend it to everyone, looking to go on holiday with a larger group/family. The only note I have to make is, that if you go with all adults, the villa comfortably takes 12. All other beds are either sofa beds or a folding bed in the poolhouse. That being said we have had a killer time at Casa Felizidad. Thanks for everything.

Summary: This villa is fabulous perfect for our family of 12 holiday 7 adults and 5 children from 4 to 14 The place was spotless and everything we needed was there Views are stunning day and night. Communication with Nick who owns villa was great giving us taxi numbers and telling us about the online supermarket shop which we ordered in England and got delivered a hour after we arrived perfect🍻🍷 Just one complaint a week wasn't enough we didnt want to leave. Thank you Nick and Nicola for letting us use your amazing house we loved it. 😎😍

Summary: Fantasic house for ten pepople, but the house and some of the furtiner were a bit «well used». The surroundings and the view from the property was amazing. The teenagers who were training every day loved it. All together we are very satisfied and will recommen it to friends. PS The TV system did not work at all and we realy missed the opportuinty to follow tour de France

Summary: We stayed here with two other families and had the best time! The view is stunning and the location is ideal! The boys were over the moon playing in the sports court and swimming in the pool! The adults loved sipping wine and eating tapas on the balcony! It was perfect! Thank you so much!
