Cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms, capacity for 5 people maximum, in Residential Las Palmeras, rented for weeks, tickets on Saturdays. Enjoy your holidays, with great views of the Vega and the sea, the rest and the coolness of the trees from the terrace, have 2 pools and tennis court. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes (double bed and the other 2 beds), 2 full bathrooms with courtesy and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV, DVD, wifii, more than 500 international channels in HD Digital Satellite TV . Exit to the terrace, also equipped. Kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, all kitchen utensils, blender, coffee maker, iron and board. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels, in abundance and is delivered totally clean, until the last detail.
Away from noise and 10 minutes walk from the market, nightlife, and shops. The beach 800 meters, 10 minutes in the other direction. It is rented for weeks, tickets on Saturdays. GARAGE PARCEL can be hired separately, depending on the time.
GOLF: Very close to the apartment, just 19 kms. Golf have recently remodeled, with 18 holes to the seashore.
SKY: During the time of sky, enjoy the snow, (hour and a half by car), Sierra Nevada, with its wonderful slopes and the possibility of alternating, with the sun and the beach, in our apartment, enjoy the SKY, with The advantage of the LOW season prices, in our apartment.
Water Sports: Rentals of jet skis, boats, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, fishing and a nearby marina, invites you to get close to the sea and enjoy the different water sports.

Summary: Our stay was fabulous! The owners of the piso we stayed in are extremely friendly, informative, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better experience! The location is in walking distance to the town and beaches, however, it is not in the center of the town so there is less noise and less action which was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend!

Summary: We are just home from a lovely time in Almunecar. The apartment is in a great location - only 5 mins walking to the town & 15 mins to the sea front with lots of bars, shops & restaurants close. The balcony is south facing with a view of fruit trees & the sea! It is a very peaceful location. The apartment was spotless & had absolutely EVERYTHING needed for self-catering. The wifi was effective & much appreciated. The beds had quality bedware & comfortable. Maria lives next door & is on hand for any queries but there was nothing else we needed. We stayed for 4 weeks and had a brilliant holiday.

Summary: We know Almunecar very well but this is the first that we have stayed in this lovely apartment. We can only agree with the positive comments from previous guests about the excellent quality of the accommodation. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay and is absolutely spotless. The owners live next door and are most helpful, friendly and pleasant to deal with. The sheltered balcony, overlooking chirimoya orchards to the south, gets the sun for most of the day. It is very useful to have WiFi. The location is superb, within walking distance of the town, supermarkets, and beaches, as well as many bars and restaurants, yet the complex is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would like to thank Maria and Carlos for their care and attention, and we would definitely like to return. George and Helen

Summary: All former comments are really true! Perfect appartement, nice view, very clean. Even in winter it is possible to enjoy the sun at the balcony (space enough for 4 persons), during the whole day. Very kind and helpful owner who lives in the apartment next door. Muchas gracias Maria!

Summary: We went to Almuñecar, Granada, last summer and we loved it. A coastal town big and lively enough to find plenty of entertainment but small enough to avoid the crowds and noise of other traditional holiday resorts in the Costa del Sol. It is a much sought after resort by Spanish people so ideal to experience a proper Spanish holiday. Great location to explore nearby coastal towns or visit Granada and Malaga. Excellent bus service so airport transfer to/from Malaga airport is not a problem. The apartment is in an enclosed and very safe complex with a mixture of local residents and holiday rentals. There is a tennis court and two swimming pools (one small for children/toddlers) with a life guard at all times. It is very safe. I used to send my 7 year old to the pool and I felt reassured that she was going to be safe plus I could also keep an eye on her from the balcony of the apartment. The area is quiet (no need to worry about noisy bars at night) but very close to the centre of Almuñecar (5min walk) the bus station, taxi rank and plenty of shops, bars/restaurants. There are also several small supermarkets in the area, a bit pricy in comparison to the big Mercadona on the beach front, but nevertheless very handy. It is also very close to the municipal market. The beach is within walking distance too. A stroll of 15min so no car is needed. Close by, there are a few bars and restaurants mainly visited by locals and Spanish people, and their prices are not as high as those of the bars on the beach front. The local Aquarium, which I recommend to visit, is only 10min walk away. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and with all the commodities you might need. If you have read the description of the apartment, I can assure you that it is not misleading at all. It does what it says on the tin! We did not miss a thing and felt very comfortable. The owner, Asunción, is very helpful, kind and attentive. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She really made us feel at home and even went the extra mile by providing a cot for my young daughter and installing a mesh covering the railings of the balcony so my toddler, then just crawling, would not put her head through the gap between the railings. The owner also lives in the same residential complex, very handy if something goes wrong. Come on, don´t think more about it. This is the RIGHT apartment for your family!
