Berrywood Farm is quite simply the stuff Michigan dreams are made of. This unique heritage property is ideal for reunions or large groups. Your stay provides access to the historic main farmhouse (4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms), a charming cottage (one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen), loft above the barn (full kitchen, queen bed, full bath, pull out sofa), a pool house with kitchenette and full bathroom, as well as 33 spectacular acres offering soothing woods, wide open grassy fields and spring-fed ponds -- explorers will make a new discovery every day. The timber barn (ca. 1895) provides a stately backdrop for games on the great lawn or outdoor meals on the 10-foot gathering table. Lounge around the heated in-ground pool and take advantage of the poolside cabanas which feature a kitchenette, full bathroom and changing room. The farmhouse and cottage both feature ample southwest-facing decks that overlook the ponds and provide the ideal setting for evening meals. Those staying during the harvest season have access to orchards and groves that offer four varieties of apples, as well as pears, walnuts and the area's famous Concord grapes.
For those times when you decide to venture out, you'll find the location convenient to everything the region has to offer. Berrywood Farm is located less than two miles from the Union Pier exit on I-94. The nearest town is Three Oaks (3.5 miles) but its central location provides easy access to the nearby communities of Union Pier (2.5 miles), Lakeside (3.0 miles), New Buffalo (6.5 miles) and Sawyer (8.0 miles). The public beaches Town Line, Miller, McKinley and Berrien, on the shores of Lake Michigan are only three miles away.
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.

Summary: We rented the farm for my wedding weekend. We had a couple of initial glitches (pool wasn’t heated and pull out bed linens were difficult to find) but other than those minor items…what a blast!! We loved the houses, the property and all the outdoor activities it allowed for! We’ll definitely be back for our next family outing! Summary: Beautiful and clean location for our family reunion! Plenty of space and things to do for everyone in our group, ages 2 to 88! We loved playing by the pool, eating meals together in the dinning room that comfortably sat all 18 of us, and lounging in the family room playing games and spending time together. Great place to build forever memories!

Everyone had their own space to hang out and sleep and the kids had a blast! All of the furniture was comfortable, which in my experience renting vacation homes is rare, and the all of the amenities were great. The pool was fantastic, everyone spent a lot of time out there hanging out because you had everything you needed very close by- Bathroom, fridge, fire pit, bed to rest, pool toys... The kids had a great time fishing, making s'mores, catching fireflies, swinging on the swing and enjoying all the space the property had to offer. There were lots of toys and games that was a real pleasant surprise because the kids played with them the whole time. We had a couple things that we needed to reach the property managers for and they were very attentive and friendly and resolved everything very quickly.

Caught a bunch of bass from the two ponds that occupy the property, pool and pool house are a great asset. Two separate cabins/lofts sit perfectly with a close walk to the main house. Back deck off the kitchen eating area overlooking both ponds creates a serene setting. Hike around the pond and entire 100 acres if you desire. The entire property is your oyster with a ton of amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Our family of 17 loved the farmhouse, swimming in the pool, going in the canoe and fishing in the pond, family celebrations in the gazebo, and roasting smore's around the firepit! From the grandkids to the grandparents, everyone loved our stay at Berrywood Farm! The location was great and we were so close to shopping, bakeries, beaches and restaurants in Three Oaks, Union Pier and New Buffalo! The decks were great for morning coffee and grilling out, the family room became our game night location and the spacious lawn was perfect for our family Olympics! Joe was so helpful on property and we had a great time! We highly recommend Berrywood Farm! Be sure to check out their merch!
