New stand alone, 1 level bright 2 bedroom nestled in the woods on 5 acres with radiant floor heating on a working farm. Located in the centre of the island we are not far from many local activities. Englishman River Park and the famous Hammerfest trails for bike and hikes. Fast Times amusements is just 10 min away with fun for the whole family. Parksville beach is a short 20 min comute. Cathedral Grove is 30 mins away for a beautiful stroll through the massive standing B.C. trees.

Summary: Clean, private, supportive, & the abundant supply of fresh eggs was appreciated. Acceptance of our 2 big puppies, supplying them with a nap bed, ball & snacks too was really nice! Much needed downtime, 5 nights here was heaven!! Thank you hosts for creating a great nest for rest😁

Summary: Before we stayed here, I never would have guessed how much I’d love a farm setting for a modern little cabin! Inside it feels like a well appointed modern and well designed hotel with all the amenities of a home. Outside? Magnificent chickens, sheep, goats and pigs! The friendliest property owners you could ask for, and farm fresh eggs to greet you! Beds were comfy and cozy. Shower was incredible. And then, the area surrounding the property has ENDLESS opportunities to enjoy the spectacular nature of Vancouver Island. We are truly blessed to live on this island and with cabins like this, there is no reason to travel further than our own island for a getaway. Thank you Sheila and Mike. We will recommend to friends and hopefully be back one day!

Summary: Beautiful property. Rural area, perfect for doing day trips from. Close to Parksville & Qualicum beach. Sheila was an excellent host and the fresh eggs were an added bonus.

Summary: The home was exactly as advertised and had all needed amenities plus additional nice touches (extras of important toiletries someone might have forgotten, board games, farm fresh eggs). The giant windows let in so much light and were a great place to watch birds and enjoy nature from on a rainy day. While the house is on a shared property it still feels very private. We didn't need any assistance while we were there but the host was communicative, checked in a few times, and I knew would have been available had anything come up. It was a lovely place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The place was exceptionally clean and well pointed. Very family friendly. Sheila was wonderful. Best kept secret in Parksville! Would highly highly recommend this place. It’s well worth the 15 min drive.

Summary: Location is great if you enjoy peaceful surroundings while being close to so many things - we enjoyed , biking, hiking, golfing, beaches, river swimming holes - all within easy driving distance. So nice to come back to spacious accommodation in a quiet forested area. Perfect do us!

Summary: We had a very relaxing stay here in this private home on a working farm. Every little detail has been thought of, from the bidet to the soaker tub to the kitchen with all the appliances. The home was much larger than we realized and felt very cozy and relaxing, with all the things you'd get on a hotel stay but with way more of everything, including peace and quiet and privacy! Loved our stay and will recommend to all our friends and family!

Summary: This is a new, very clean place on a small farm about 15-20 minutes from Parksville. The unit is brand new, well furnished and has all the basics to get you through your stay. We were greeted with a nice note and about eight farm fresh eggs that made a great breakfast after night one. The owner was ver responsive and easy to reach via the app both before and after the stay.
