Positive: Great location close enough to walk into bowness but away from the crowds. Very comfortable, well-appointed house. Kids loved the hot tub. Very pet friendly.
Negative: The sky TV was a bit intermittent. Not a problem for us but there are several sets of internal stairs which could be an issue for small children, or small dogs.

Positive: Property was fantastic - brilliant dog facilities. All kids and dogs had an amazing time. Location was perfect just a short stroll to the lakeside. Easy enough to access the property and also enough parking for two families. Would recommend and book again xx Wood burners were a winner! Xx

Negative: When we arrived my partner stepped in dog poo outside the back door whilst trying to get the key out the key safe also when we got in the dishwasher was full and still on - not ideal when you are only there for a couple of nights. the kitchen floor was also not very clean in fact i used kitchen roll to wipe where i had dropped a piece of food and it was black.

Positive: the location and facilities were amazing , the owner had thought of everything possible to make this a very nice stay especially with the dig facilities. A rare find and a true gem.
Negative: Found underpants and socks in a bedside drawer from the previous guests which made me question the cleaning and checking process, although everything did and feel clean apart from that.
Summary: We loved our little mini break there and would love to go again in the fututre
