Summary: beds were comfortable, nice and warm and plenty of hot water Some cupboards had screwed up rubbish in them ie in the tv cupboard. Dining table far to small and needs more furniture in the conservatory. No instructions how to operate tv and heating system. Shower tray to shallow as floods the bathroom easily

Summary: Lovely cottage and ideal for getting to all the attractions around. Very spacious and an ideal garden for our guide dog. Also a park next to the property where we could run the guide dog which was very handy. Beds were very comfy. Shop across the road which was very good for getting odds and ends that we needed. Kitchen is well equipped. A visitors book would be helpful so that people can leave nice places to visit or eat out. Also some microwavable plates would be handy so that when bringing food in from takeaways we could heat the food up on the plate in the microwave. The gold rimmed plates that are there cannot be microwaved. For the blind (which I don't suppose you have many visiting) the mats are a bit of a trip hazard. Our son was okay once he knew about them but some of the ends were curled up and the one in the living room where there is a smaller mat on the larger one under the table in the middle of the room was dangerous until he knew about it. Having said this we would go to the cottage again as it was lovely.

Summary: Size was perfect nice and cool downstairs Garden, cleanliness, more kitchen items very difficult to cook, no oven dishes more utensils etc. inform there is a school next door I am sure this won’t affect a lot of people booking but in our case was a problem due to revising for exams.Dining table and settee/chair very uncomfortable. Only parking for one car not two as it says. Beds and office were great. The property itself is lovely and could charge more if more attention is made on comfort.
