This newly remodeled, immaculate property features not only amazing views of Seneca Lake but two huge blue stone fire places, accommodations for up to 8 folks and all the comforts of a modern wine country vacation property. All new furnishings, floors, counter tops and finishes throughout. New leather furnishings in the living area. Enjoy outdoor living on the massive lake facing deck which has a sitting and dining area.
This property adjoins vineyards, woods, and farmland yet is minutes from your daily needs. Award winning wineries are less than a mile away, Watkins Glen is just over 20 minutes, Corning is around 40 minutes away and Geneva just 10 minutes.
Master bedroom features private bath with walk-in shower & king bed The second bedroom also has a king size bed and snappy furnishings; the third bedroom features a queen bed; and the fourth bedroom is also a queen size in a studio. The main floor modern bath also has a walk in shower. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping capabilities in the studio.
All bathrooms feature walk in showers.

Summary: This was our second stay at this home. This time was to visit our son at Hobart for his 21rst birthday with family. The house is so beautiful and comfortable!!! We were able to do dinner in Geneva and wine tour following day and back to house for visiting around the fire and cards. We can’t wait to come back!!! Amazing home and great hosts!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving at this property. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing.Check in was easy and host was accommodating and quick to respond.

Summary: Beautiful property with a gorgeous view of Seneca lake. Great location for the wine trail event! Very well stocked and incredibly clean. The only issue was an incorrect description of the bedrooms. The 4th is actually a sleeper sofa but the VRBO description says queen bed and sofa sleeper. However, we made it work for our group. Looking forward to booking in the warmer kings.

Summary: The location of the property was ideal for a fall getaway. Close to Geneva, a quaint town, close to many wineries and breweries and local state parks. The property was ideal for 3 couples. The house was comfortable and had many amenities. The kitchen could use an update but was adequate for our purposes. Communication with the owner was fabulous and his responses were quick and informative.

Summary: Beautiful home, spacious for 8 of us (pull out couch for 2, could be updated). Close to all the wonderful wineries and took a trip to Muranda cheese barn, that was super!

Summary: What a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home!!!! Great hosts, great views, so comfortable and spacious!! We celebrated my husband’s 50th, did winery tour, and saw our son’s soccer game at Hobart. Best weekend! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!!

Summary: We had a great stay in the chalet. It was very clean and had everything you would need. We didn't do any cooking during our stay but noticed it was well stocked. The hosts left a welcome gift which was very thoughtful and was a special touch! They also were very responsive to any messages. We enjoyed the deck with the beautiful views. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for having us!!!

Summary: Absolutely perfect. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials, the beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, and the view from the deck was amazing. We were three couples that spent the long weekend on some hikes, wineries, breweries, and soaking in all the beautiful scenery. Easy access to both Geneva and Watkins Glen. Would definitely stay here again.
